Archaeologists have just unearthed a major discovery that could put an end to a long time debate over the original design of the Menorah. The item was discovered by the Temple Mount Sifting Project and is dated to about 1,000 years old.
What sets this particular potsherd apart from the others is the fact that it was discovered on the Temple Mount and the harbors the image of a Menorah.
In the book of Exodus we find the origins of the design:
“And you shall make a menorah of pure gold. The menorah shall be made of hammered work; its base and its stem, its goblets, its knobs, and its flowers shall all be one piece with it. And six branches coming out of its sides: three menorah branches from its one side and three menorah branches from its second side…so for the six branches that come out of the menorah…And you shall make its lamps seven…” (Exodus 25:32-40)

Lisa tells us, all wide-eyed and innocent, that the item is 1000 years old.
This places it at a time some 1000 years after the Temple was destroyed, and as such, it can only be a Chinese copy of whatever might have been the original design for the menorah.
Which, btw, does not require a capital “M”, despite its connection with her favourite people, das juden.
Incidentally, whoever carved this image clearly doesn’t even know how to count, which doesn’t bode well for any of their other skills.

As is pointed out below, the Temple was destroyed in 70 A.D., not one stone left upon a stone.

Louis why does Rome and most other big catholic centers erect these expensive grottoes or what ever they are called to houses the skulls and bones of dead people?
These are very expensive and elaborate structures covered in marble, gold etc and the priest knee and pray to these bones and skulls. And they even dress the skulls and skeletons in clothes.
This is like Halloween and I can not understand why any would do this and the popes have all been involved.

There are no archeological digs taking place on or near Temple Mount and hasn’t been for many decades. This story is pure fiction. And seeing as Temple Mount had no connection to the post 70 CE invented religion of the political party the Pharisees, called Judaism, but was the site of King Herod’s castle, no Jewish relics will be found there even if archeologists were allowed to dig on the site. The site has never housed a Jewish temple.
If you look at the pottery shard, you will notice the marks made via a spinning potters wheel are at right angles to the claimed Menorah motif, proving you have tipped the artifact on it’s side so that it appears to depict a Menorah motif. Menorahs were depicted in an upright position, not laying on their sides.
Consider yourself thoroughly debunked.
