Admit to Him that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness, that you are truly sorry for your sins. Acknowledge that He died for your sins, rose from the dead and lives forevermore. Invite Him into your life and to help you to turn from sin. Rejoice! You just became a Christian! Now trust in Him and get to know Him through the Bible which tells us everything we need to know and through prayer/talking to Him. He eagerly desires relationship with you.

These “good people” the Apostle Peter warned us about them. 2 Peter 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
These “good people” make merchandise of gullible people in the name of Christ. It is covetousness, plain and simple. Here is an example, Tom Horn and Steve Quayle back in 2008 (I am even providing the link) predicted the Nephilim would rise from under the earth during this time and turn us all into Nephilim cheeseburgers.

Their entire discussion is based on wild speculations concerning the book of Enoch and mixing it with eschatology. Then tried selling these speculations as “revelation from God” which automatically makes them false prophets, especially since NONE of their paranoia came to pass. As a serious student of the bible, I find these men to be opportunistic wolves posing as sheep.
