Psychic Tagging:
1. Very large fire in a building or historical structure, not much loss of life if any.  people running out of the structure.
2. A historic agreement, a new partnership, possibly Trump with Putin or some other leader.  They can be seen with their arms held up high and hands together.
3. black man assaulted, in a fight caught on video, hes on the ground.  From this event there is a uproar/riots.  
4. Man sneaking around where he shouldnt be??
5. Police or SWAT military man with a rifle, some type of urban warfare situation.  Possible shooting where police respond to it.
6. Famous Sex Scandal with video surveillance, woman blackmails heavy set man, video of sex creates scandal in a bedroom. Ruins their reputation.

Dick Allgire:
Target 1:
Vortex, destructive, 9/11 type event with cement and metal girders in a city. “Vital Infrastructure”. Crater in the city, girders messy everywhere near the crater, rubble, big collapse sound. “Civil Defense”. Dick does give ‘location coordinates’ but I do not know how to plot these numbers, if someone could help me out?

Target 2:
Water Vessel with a metal structure (aircraft carrier, ship or submarine?).  A large smoke plume comes out of the ship, possibly a fire going on. Subjects onboard seem very worried.  It doesn’t feel like an “attack” possibly an “accident”.
Target 3:
Possible a missile launch into a city that has many large hills in the background.  It appears to be its launched from a jet into an urban area.  “Not a population dense region, feel of few subjects that are visible.”  It would appear the explosion is somewhat small, its not nuclear.

City, urban environment with a bridge. Flag on top of one of the buildings. Lots of fires, burnt things, some everywhere.  Lots of movement, energetics, fear, confusion, anxiety. A lot of death and injuries. Circular motion of clouds, dust, fire over the city. Possible Terroristic in nature and very political motivated. gas and chemical smells? Body guard type people protecting someone in particular. “Building is very important, a lot of stones that make up the building.”  “planned, done accidently on purpose”
