Re: Revelation Chapter 3 brought up in the first hour: the Bible would agree that greater than 90% of Christians are NOT BORN AGAIN, yet are 100% convinced that they are saved and going to heaven.

BUT, the video drops the ball on WHY these Christians are “lukewarm.” It is not because Christians are “too P.C.” It is because they have not DONE what Jesus Christ commanded all of us to DO: take up our OWN cross; enter the strait gate; and walk the narrow way to the END. The modern Christian has been hoodwinked by the false prophets, teachers, preachers, etc., just as Jesus, Paul, Peter, James, Jude, and John warned us about.

For example, why doesn’t the Lord give as the remedy for these lukewarm, unsaved Christians in Revelation 3 one of these:

— a “sinner’s prayer” ?
— or, “just believe” ? “just have faith?”
— or, believe/”lay hold” of a verse (Rom 10:9, John 3:16, etc.) ?
— or, keep the law ? sabbath days?
— or, BE LESS P.C. ?

Instead, he gives the exact OPPOSITE (Rev 3:18-19):

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. (Rev 3:18)

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. (Rev 3:19)

If we could be saved by any of the above EZ ways—preached throughout all of modern Christendom (and we cannot)—then would not the Lord have told that to the church of Laodicea?

And He did not.

Why not? Because none of these EZ ways can save anyone. The modern church has bent over backwards to make “salvation” as EZ as possible. Isn’t that the very definition of the wide gate and broad way…EZ ?!?

ALL the false ways have the same fatal flaw: no cross walk for the believer. No entering the true strait gate. No walking the true narrow way (lawkeeping is NOT the narrow way, contrary to Hebrew roots folks. The narrow way is a JUDGMENT walk).

Yes, the Bible says we are saved by faith, but it does not say we are saved by DEAD faith.

“Conversion” (becoming a believer) is NOT “regeneration” (being born again). They are a strait gate and narrow way apart, just as Jesus said.
