After Noah we are told that in the days of Pe-leg in his days was the earth divided ( Genesis 10:25 KJV ) . If you look at google map the land of America and Europe , in the middle of the ocean between them there is a line that extends between the North Pole area to the South Pole area . I believe this is where the lands that once joined the two continents before it dropped into the ocean . According to documents now hid in the Vatican the lands dropped slowly to the point the people were able to move inland away from the ocean going inland that divided America and Europe .This was how the continents were able to have people such as Indians in America . The Bible tells us that one day the land will come up out of the ocean , possibly rejoining Europe and America again . Genesis 1:9 KJV tells us that in the beginning as GOD created the land it was all in one place with the oceans ( seas) or waters surrounding it in one place . Durning the flood the ocean of water above the earth that kept everything at one tempature was now forced to earth and later into the earth allowing the water above to create a greenhouse effect to make everything warm . Afterwards Places then become hot , warm and cold , thus creating desert climates , equator climates and north and south pole climates .
