Since the government refuses to recognize or provide redress for legitimate grievances and continues to brutalize, suppress, oppress and imprison the people, it is becoming apparent that people will need to resist the government.

Everyone arrested ought to file suit for false arrest and police brutality. They ought to call witnesses to the unlawful behavior by police and call for jury trials that should last a week each. They ought to use public defenders but insist that they be granted jury trials. They ought to ask for jury trials for their criminal charges also.

Police, along with other agents of the state, have been using lawfare against the people for so long that people ought to refuse to convict bank robbers, those who are forced to fight police, those who kill police in self-defense and those who oppose violations of the U.S. Constitution. It is the government and its agents and partisans who have become the criminals, not those who oppose being made debt slaves by the ruling elite so that the Federal Reserve and the bankers can continue to steal the peoples’ wealth.

The theft of the people’s wealth is accomplished by the Federal Reserve which provides the funding for the police state and its variety of oppressions, the funding for the military-industrial complex, the money for decades-long occupation of foreign lands, the means for destabilizing governments, the means for theft of natural resources and the funding of foreign puppet governments. The Federal Reserve has finally revealed itself to the American people who are discovering the banking elites have no more concern for Americans and their rights under the U.S. Constitution that they do for the rights of an Iraqi.

Americans were duped into killing Vietnamese, Iraqis, Iranians, Lebanese, Philippinoes and a host of other nationalities while being convinced they were killing commies and Muslims for Christ. Now Americans are discovering they hold no place of special consideration by bankers. They are discovering they are nothing more than impediments to the fascist control by those who seek to make Americans slaves to debt and the state itself.

Americans are seeing the police are not their friends, but their oppressors. The police will do as they are told. They will arrest whom they are told. They will oppress whom they are told. They will imprison and violate the rights of those whom they are told.

But, people have a choice. People can continue to be victims or they can begin striking back. We need to have the state deploy federal troops so that people can see on whose side the military stands. The government has attempted, with great success, to convince individual soldiers that they are the state and that the people oppose them. This is a lie so as to manipulate the weak-minded to be a stooge for government. Americans ought to mobilize militia units to oppose the police and any federals troops that decide to disobey their oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution. We need to draw lines now. Putting off the inevitable only plays into the government’s hand. The debt, unemployment, imperial wars, taxes, foreclosures and government tyranny, as bad as they are now, are going to get exponentially worse. They have nothing to offer but more debt slavery, war and police state control. We are no longer even provided the rule of law.

Our government, very slowly and gradually, has usurped the U.S. Constitution and continually seized extra-legal power to the point that the people do not blink an eye when President Obama summarily executes Americans for nothing more than crimes involving speech. Obama had absolutely not one shred of evidence that Al-Awaki was involved in a single attack against Americans, yet after assassinating him went on to kill his 16 year-old son. Neither have Americans sought impeachment for Obama’s extra-judicial executions, nor for illegally taking this nation to war against Libya.

After having completely seized power, there is now no law that protects the people, nor which the government does not allow itself the authority to violate. Our government is simply no longer bound from engaging in tyranny in which it believes its end justifies its means

While Americans were told of the harm and evils that would be caused by a central bank from our forefathers to statesmen like Ron Paul, and warned of the exact harms that have befallen the people and the disaster that is sure to follow as government continues to allow the financial elite to engage in a money monopoly that allows fraud, insider trading and other money manipulations specifically perpetrated to steal wealth, the American people continue to fall for the lies of people like Herman Cain.

Herman Cain worked on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Regional Federal Reserve Bank. Cain sang the praises of Greenspan for making Americans addicted to debt, a destructive vicious spiral that can only be temporarily postponed by the printing of trillions of dollars of money created out of thin air and backing it with nothing. Greenspan made Americans addicts and now Bernanke has placed the Fed in the position of being a partner in crime to an out-of-control cocaine addict on a self-destructive binge that will a foregone conclusion that results in the death of our currency and republic. Nevertheless, Americans are so stupid they fall for Herman Cain’s rhetoric even after Ron Paul had warned what would happen, is happening and will continue to happen as the government tries to solve a debt problem by issuing more credit and debt-based currency. The banks has even finally realized the government’s pronouncements and prescriptions will not work and have cynically decided to cut off credit after having created trillions of dollars in stimulus money, being issued hundreds of billions of dollars in bail out money at taxpayer expense and being granted the monopoly privilege of printing many trillions of dollars in fiat currency to run three wars while providing bribes to tyrants the world over.

Herman Cain’s central banking solution, as is the belief of all proponents of Keynesian central banking, is to print more money and globalize a system that has failed so miserably. This is why bankers want to end government based on territorial claims and have a world government based on the rule of money. Americans like to think themselves the exceptional people, but it is really a pathetic people who would fall for what their political leaders have done as the elite continued to destroy the rule of law while conditioning the people to become comfortable with increasingly greater levels of tyranny and oppression under the guise of providing safety and security.

Americans need to arm, crush the police state, enforce the U.S. Constitution and end corporate personage. Americans need to educate the populous so the elite have no more political power. Americans need to end serving as a rubber stamp to the state’s lawfare tactics that are used by our CRIMINAL justice system to crush dissent. People need to kill police who illegally brutalize them thereby placing the life and limb of innocent citizens under risk They simply have no right to beat and torture and ought to be killed when they wrongfully and tyrannically place citizens in danger of serious injury. While they engage in such behavior they are more disgusting, repulsive and sickening than any street gang.

The prosecutors simply have no intention of prosecuting police for their well-publicized abuses. The judges will obstruct any redress through the courts and people will face trumped-up charges and police perjury. If Americans started burning down buildings thereby placing the power insurance industry on the hook, we would see the corporate world make the political hacks and blue boys end the oppression. But, while it costs the elite nothing you can rest assured people will continue to get shot in the face with tear gas canisters and made brain-damaged half-wits. Any cop who purposely shoots someone in the face with a tear gas canister deserves to be shot in the face himself. We have allowed the police to abuse our fellow citizens for so long that they now feel free to torture and summarily execute as they did to Derek Hale, Kenneth Trentadue, Vicki Weaver and Kelly Thomas. How long will Americans allow such crimes by government to repeatedly go unprosecuted and unpunished?

If the police want war, let them have war. It will be about 1 million to 299 million when all is said and done. The people need to arm in preparation for war being declared by the government against the people. The fact of the matter is that war has already been declared by government and the people need to begin defending themselves. What is the line in the sand for you? What would the government have to do to make you decide to oppose it and support those who have also decided it is time to fight for liberty? Will it finally be time when foreign troops are enforcing law? Will it be when Blackwater thugs are confiscating your guns? Will it be when the government starts summarily assassinating citizens? Will it be because of the destruction of habeus corpus? Will it be when the IRS and bankers own your home and retirement account?

THE POLICE ARE THE ENEMY. THEY ARE THE OPPRESSORs. THEY WANT TO PROTECT AN UNSUSTAINABLE AND OPPRESSIVE SYSTEM THAT CAN ONLY LEAD TO UNIVERSAL MISERY. THE LINE NEEDS TO BE DRAWN NOW AND AMERICANS NEED TO DEFEND IT. IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

I would love to see how tough the cops are when one of them faces 10 or 15 armed militia members. Then the big badasses will cry like babies about how they were just doing their jobs and doing what they were told. We need to have a Braveheart moment in this country and Americans ought to remember who is the true enemy of liberty.
