The narrative on this event is already falling apart ! This is now looking likely to be an in house French event NOT ISIS with at least four of the attackers being identified as natural born french nationals. The French authorities it now emerges were aware/tracking these people but completely failed to stop them. What does that tell us? well it tells me this murder of innocents was desired and encouraged by the French government! for what purpose is yet to be forthcoming.
