Judges working for the Clintons ensure Hammonds go back to Jail!
No one is questioning the fact that one of the 9th circuit judges resentencing the Hammonds was in fact appointed by Clintons (Tallman, Richard C. nominated by William J. Clinton on October 20, 1999, as well as the Oregon District Judge (Ann L. Aiken is a U.S. district court judge for the District of Oregon. Judge Aiken was also nominated by President Clinton in 1997 and received commission in 1998.) As the Clintons have been proved to be involved with the land grabs against both the Bundy’s and the Hammonds, both of these judges should have been recused from participation in this case (A COMPLETE CONFLICT OF INTEREST) and for Hammonds lawyer (Alan Schroeder) not to address this fact makes me question his training as a lawyer! Clintons have been trying to get those lands as they promised those mineral rights to Russia, despite not having no legal entitlement to the property!
