Atheism─The Cult Of Death
by Todd Strandberg
As long as people have believed in God, there have been those who take the opposing view. The ranks of atheists have always been small, never amounting to more than four percent of the population. The key problem with atheism is that it lacks a strong “selling point.” The followers of this view find purpose in life by attacking the validity of the Holy Bible.
Atheists are so opposed to anything linked to God that their hatred gets in the way of common sense. One of their most grievous errors is a cultic fixation with death. I have read the views of several leading atheists and have found an almost universal embracing of death. For them, life is just meant to come to an abrupt end.
They reject any option that provides a potential solution to the dying process. Atheists are all for someone wanting to live longer, but if they desire to live forever─it suddenly becomes a vice. They pride themselves on being free of religious dogma yet they cling to one creed─“In death there is no hope.”
Albert Einstein was a brilliant man, but his insight was restricted to the material world:
“The concept of a soul without a body seems to me to be empty and devoid of meaning. Neither can I nor would I want to conceive of an individual that survives his physical death.”
Mark Twain is widely quoted by atheists for his nothing gained and nothing lost view of death:
“I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it.”
Biologist, Richard Dawkins, says we have no need to complain about dying because most people will never have a chance to be born. We better complain now, because once we die, we’re no better off than those folks never born.
I see this welcoming attitude toward death as a form of insanity. If we managed to defy such massive odds to be born into this world, it wouldbe foolhardy to so willingly surrender such a precious gift. I don’t regret depriving some worm of a good meal. They don’t even have enough intelligence to say, “Boy, Todd tastes good. Yum!”
Atheists’ cheeriness about the end of life extends to the second death. Even though they don’t believe in a hell, most express a bizarre willingness to take a swan dive into the lake of fire. Pat Condell is a well-known atheist on YouTube. In one of his latest videos he said:
“So can I say to the people who have said they are praying for me, don’t do it. I’m beyond redemption. I categorically reject God. I wholeheartedly deny the Holy Spirit. I’m resigned to damnation. And I’m absolutely fine with it.”

Seems to me…..more supposed religious goons, have died than NON religious ones. Ever wonder what the reason is for that?
Religious Intolerance: The Cult of Death.
“So can I say to the people who have said they are praying for me, don’t do it. I’m beyond redemption. I categorically reject God. I wholeheartedly deny the Holy Spirit. I’m resigned to damnation. And I’m absolutely fine with it.”
Absolutely hilarious for 5 reasons
1) As a lost soul, which Pat Condell obviously is, you cannot be beyond redemption as redemption as yet has not been given to him.
2) He cannot reject God because he’s never been in a relationship with God in the first place.
3) It’s not possible for him to deny The Holy Spirit because we have to be born of God in order to receive The Holy Spirit. Once we have received The Holy Spirit we can then deny it, if we’re stupid enough.
4) There is no damnation for mankind because Yashua Anointed will have all men to be saved.
5) Pat Condell is a victim of mainstream Christian teaching, so believes in the above errors – unfortunately. However, he will, like the rest of mankind, be a part of the second resurrection and get his chance for salvation.
There are about 7 billion people in the world. 2.5 billion of them are Christian. 1.5 billion of them are Muslims and just over 1 billion of them are atheists. There are also a lot of other beliefs that don’t believe in giant invisible fairy story characters. Eg, Budhism, god belief is optional, most of them it’s irrelevant because it’s spiritual based, there are many other similar belief systems. Add those to the atheists and they outnumber both Christianity, Islam and Judaism combined.
This is the trouble with the religious, they always make grandiose claims about how wonderful and popular they are, when they are busy being two faced back stabbers napalming and blanket bombing the undefended back to the stone age, so they can asset strip them. That is always what Christianity has done from it’s beginnings, raping its way around the world.
If you form an organisation to create a consensus, then it is nothing but a political dictatorship. Only politics needs a consensus to operate.
2.5 billion are not Christian, 2.5 billion are religious – people of religion, but they are not Christians.
This reminds me of an interview: A man was asked the question: Are you a Christian? And he replied: No, I am a Roman Catholic.
So Pix please get it through your thick secular head that there are not 2.5 billion Christians on this earth. If there are even half a million I would be very surprised.
You are wrong. Wiki on Global population per beliefs.
“World population 6.8 billion Figure used by individual articles
Christianity 2.1 billion 33% Christianity by country
Islam 1.5 billion 21% Islam by country
No religion 1 billion 15% Irreligion by country
Hinduism 900 million 14% Hinduism by country
Buddhism Circa 376 million 7% Buddhism by country
Total 6.8 billion 93.5%
By the way “thick secular” is an oxymoron.
NO you’re wrong.
And I have told you The Christian Religion is NOT Christianity.
And by thick I meant dumb and stupid which secular people are by default – they’re born that way.
