To the contrary, the God of the Bible is not the God of the Koran. Instead of reading some supposed letter from Mohammed, try reading the Koran.
The Koran urges Allah to destroy or curse Christians because they say Jesus is the Son of God (see Koran 9:30). The Koran also says the idea that God has a Son is an abomination (see Koran 19:88-89). And the Koran denies the resurrection of Jesus Christ (see Koran 4:157). So without Jesus as the Son of God, without the resurrection, there is no Gospel message of Christianity. And this is what the Bible says about erroneous Gospels like those preached to Mohammed by an angel posing as an angel of light:
