United States (461 U.S. 574), the U.S. Supreme Court noted the following about the government’s intended purpose for the 501c3: The Court asserts that an exempt organization must “demonstrably serve and be in harmony with the public interest,” must have a purpose that comports with “the common community conscience,” and must not act in a manner “affirmatively at odds with [the] declared position of the whole Government.”

Of course churches are bribed and it starts with their tax free money collecting from the sheeple and then they don’t even have to pay property tax on the most valuable real estate in most cities. Look at the front of your church and if you see a US flag with a gold fringe bordering the flag, you are serving the beast each week. Who needs a 501c3? If your expenditures and only a little less than revenues the tax impact is low. You just build reserves slowly over time.

There’s a new restriction that nobody mentions because it’s extremely well hidden.
