What is happening with house repossession is not legal. For it to be legal the person with the documents should have signed them, which transfers the responsibility of debt collection to them. What they are doing is not signing the court documents, which means there are hidden party interests, which is illegal. They are not allowed to use force to evict people, not even the police can force people out of their homes, so if the person refuses to leave, there is nothing they can do without an eviction order which need the papers to be signed.
