Bishops urge calls for DACA protections

SPENDING BILL ISSUE:
USA/Mexico border WALL should be paid for out of the military’s Department of Defense Appropriations. BORDER WALL should be a “see-through” type of barrier; (all border wall prototypes in pictures in news articles have breaching capabilities – it’s laughable!) The military can build USA/Mexico BORDER WALL and add special artificial intelligence security to the border area. Border patrol agents should be using drones with multiple high-functioning cameras with night vision (recording everything); as well as upgraded Global Navigation Satellite System for watching a larger swath of land. They can manipulate these 4 ft. drones from their vehicles.

DREAM ACT ISSUE:
Congressmen-women must put the “pedal to the metal” for 11 million illegal immigrants that have been living in limbo not knowing what is going to happen to them tomorrow or the next. It is Congress’s job to create and vote on a DREAM ACT bill; but the DREAM ACT bill should include qualifying illegal immigrants for U.S. Citizenship. I know some people are going to squirm about my statement herein; because I want to do the citizenship thing and not the path to citizenship thing. The U.S. needs to clean up the illegal immigrant mess once and for all, and start with a clean slate. You have to think ahead, because your border wall with artificial intelligence technology is going to do a good job if your border patrol agents are trained properly with the new technology.

There are about 1.4 million people that can qualify now for the DREAMers deal if congress writes the BILL correctly (and could include up to 11 million people).

“DREAM ACT” (QUALIFYING IMMIGRANTS FOR U.S. CITIZENSHIP).

1– should be used for only the illegal immigrants (all ages) that have been here at least five years; (illegals here four years or less should be sent back to their country of origin unless there are special circumstances).
2– DREAMers eligibility should also include:
a– under seventeen years of age going to school;
b– seventeen years of age and older have completed high school;
c– must speak fluid English;
d– could be in the armed services currently or have been honorably discharged;
e– have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or multiple misdemeanors;
f– must not have a drug addiction or a carrier of any disease (blood test to confirm);

I’m sure congress might think of other important requirements; but they should not make it too difficult for dreamers, otherwise the DREAM ACT will not work. The idea is to stop slave underpaid labor from continuing in the U.S. whereby some illegals are working. How will America be Great Again if we don’t support the free flow of labor competition within our own country.

After processing eligible DREAMers under the “DREAM ACT”, the “DREAM ACT” should be terminated so our immigration activity is back to square one with a clean slate. In the future all immigrants arriving in our U.S. with work permits (or other) that are not legal citizens of the U.S. should not be issued a standard Social Security number nor a standard driver’s license. Give these provisional immigrants a special Social Security number (tax ID number) which identifies them as non-citizens (and do the same for their non-citizen drivers license) so they cannot use such for voting in our elections.

Total number of illegal immigrants estimates at 11 million in 2015. So if you really want to clean the slate on the immigrant issue once and for all, congressmen-women must create a wonderful DREAM ACT for the 11 million.
…and remember that all illegal immigrants are not from Mexico. Many came by plane and boat and overstayed their permits whatever they may be (you have a lot asians and others from around the world).
…plus, it costs more money to locate and chase down an illegal immigrant then giving them citizenship. Do the math on 11 million illegal immigrants and the cost to catch, detain and send them back to their country of origin. You could have non-profits help with the citizenship processing since it might become a large undertaking. They might even volunteer the work. Think of the savings; (your looking at billions that could be spent on items that are more important to americans);

…like having a “ONE” FULL COVERAGE NATIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM with a 3% federal sales tax to help pay for it; (not the Bernie Sanders mediocre “MEDICARE FOR ALL ACT” which is trickery); my idea is fancy national healthcare, whereby it is unlimited / unrestricted full body coverage / federal government direct payer (no middlemen); to keep the competition in the marketplace; medical industry will still be liable for injury, not the government; whereas the government is just the payer. It means wiping out and abolishing all government healthcare deals (Veterans healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, Chip, Obamacare, government employee healthcare deals, government retirement healthcare deals, etc., etc. Having our own U.S. national healthcare would be wünderbar!
