SUBJECT: Petition to the First Estate

INTRODUCTION: Learn from this example. Mankind is blind and stupid today about the Rights held for them by the Most High Court. It is time to DISCERN, LEARN, and TURN.

Luke 11:52… [Jesus said] Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the KEY OF KNOWLEDGE; you did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered.

FIRST: The Prophet Daniel knew how to access the First Estate. He used petition three times each day in the time he set aside to pray for his nation.

Daniel 6:13 ” Then they answered and spoke before the king, “Daniel who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, O king, or to the injunction which you signed, but keeps making his PETITION three times a day.”

SECOND: Most men do not study law in the USA anymore. In the past, every landowner assumed the duty of studying law, learning how to use it, and taking care of his own business needs. Today, because of gross deception, men are taught to let attorneys “represent” them in the Courts, which are Administrative Offices and not real courts of law. The attorneys only attorn for the government. Hence, men do not know how to use the real legal process and procedure to move the First Estate nor the Second Estate. Moving the Court is essential to activating resolution of issues.

Written motions are always best (because they become part of the written record of the case without paying a court reporter to provide a transcript) but if you’re caught at a hearing and need to do so, make an ore tenus motion (i.e., a spoken motion) and be prepared to back it up by showing that the fact you want noticed is “obvious”…”

THIRD: A Petition must follow a correct written format, when presented to a Court. Learn the format. Ignorance is no excuse.

FOURTH: Jurisdiction is serious to the First Estate. Do you have jurisdiction over the subject matter that is presented to the Most High Judge? Men and Women have different jurisdictions. They have different responsibilities within the Kingdom. Men protect and provide in the kingdom as sons of the King, as the go “to and fro” from the throne of the Heavenly King (aka Elohim). Women oversee the Nursery, and are “carried in arms” by the King’s men. Both are equal in importance, but have very different responsibilities. Both report to the King. Do not approach a matter to which you do not have jurisdiction, because your petitions will be dismissed.

FIFTH: The Heavenly Hosts are the Law Enforcement Officers in the First Estate.

SIXTH: I have submitted a Petition to the First Estate today. Watch how the King of Heaven directs his forces to fulfill this Petition, and how he directs the Hosts of Heaven to fulfill his Word. We will all learn from it.
