Most of the time the weather in Australia is mild, clear and sunny. We have the bluest skies and lots of sunny, temperate days. Melbourne however, is famous for being a little moody when it comes to weather. They famously often experience four seasons in one day, and seem to get all the rain. Brisbane is closer to the tropical heat and humidity of the equator, so you’ll get hotter, muggier weather. Perth is more likely to have hotter, dry heat and Sydney seems to be a mixture of heat, humidity, rain and cool. Compared to Europe, Australia’s weather is very mild and warm.

While all over Australia the food standard is excellent, you will probably find the most variety in Sydney. Sydney is home to a great many nationalities and boasts a fabulous offering of Thai, Chinese, Italian, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Mediterranean and of course, Australia’s own unique contemporary cuisine.

Australia is well known for its laid back attitude when it comes to most things. However, in terms of our work ethic, we are world renowned for being hard working people.
