My name is Chris Rowley, I’m almost 61, a parent of four grandfather of eight, about to be nine. I never wanted to be a figurehead in this issue or story but dire circumstances forced me into it over a decade ago, so here I am again reporting this to the world. I’m keeping my terminology simple, succinct as possible yet enough information to inspire all honest decent folk everywhere. What I’m about to relate to you may really shock and surprise you all, but it’s the Truth. It must be made public worldwide quickly for prisoners and sick alike. Using brackets, italics and a little bold type through this text, I’m simply emphasising points that need to be raised.
For over twelve years now in Ireland and the UK we have been trying extremely hard to get The Report of the Family Council on Drug Awareness (FCDA) Europe & America publicly exposed worldwide. The Report is: Cannabis, the Facts, Human Rights and The Law. 238 pages of extremely edifying information. The order form in The Report states: This book contains what every parent, teacher, teenager and juror should know. I acquired both hard and softback versions plus the 36-page FCDA Indictment in 1998 and am extremely familiar with it as many know. The information plus quotes from The Report that I give here are enough for the public anywhere in the world to use to question their government. Using these few quotes here there is no need to buy the FCDA Report, though governments are free to question me.
The Report is fully endorsed by Honest UK & US judges, complete with a full US Judges Ruling from US’s Judge Young in 1988 on numerous excellent medical case histories, hidden by the DEA and world’s media since then. Please remember from this point on and at all times, that this is judges and other academics irrefutable Exonerative Evidence evidence you are reading. Endorsed as well by honest Citizens, Doctors of Medicine, Jurisprudence, Psychiatry, Economics experts, the Rt. Hon. Jonathan Porrit TV presenter and many other leading world academics, who are all decent, respectable and caring people.
I worked with Alun Buffry of the UK’s Legalise Cannabis Alliance (LCA) who put much info up on net between 1998-2000, when UK, Europe and Irish states and judges discovered that I’m a very strong pro-cannabis prosecutorial activist. Their Crimes Against Humanity must be told, and they must be publicly held to account for them. The work we did then was always in the public’s interest as any sophisticated reader would know. The outstanding charges against those we refer to here must be answered to.
Under their malignant cannabis prohibition and since working with Alun, millions of families globally have suffered terrible illegal state(s) persecution and atrocities, although long before working with him this was going on. My family and I are no exception to their daily atrocities. As you read on, these quotes I give you from The Report are a damning indictment against most world governments. The Report is and has been mega-heavily suppressed by world media since it emerged over fourteen years ago, with the majority of the world’s public never even hearing of it. Exposing The Report now is to attain the following.
1) To free every single cannabis prisoner globally, which is their legal and immediate-now due Right, as clearly shown in The Report. 2) To get everyone their also immediate-now Due full legal rights which are: Amnesty, the expunction of all state records on so-called cannabis ‘crimes’ as well as full financial compensation, also shown in The Report. The 36-page FCDA Indicment is for everyone worldwide, the perfect legal retaliation for folk worldwide, against all world states illegal laws concerning cannabis prohibition.
We laid offical legal public charges against UK’s Blair and his government in summer 1998 with the FCDA’s 36-page Indictment, which Alun put up on net. This was also published in the UK’s Red Eye Express also in the summer of 1998 but, without consulting me first for proper editing, the editor had said I became furious, which irritated me at the time. That, as opposed to seriously determined to help the public. This public event was not reported by the BBC or any UK national media of course, although the BBC knew full well after my writing repeatedly to them.
At the top of page 1 of the FCDA Indictment it states: Cannabis is Not a Drug, Accurate Language. The FCDA explain that the word drug is derived from the Dutch word Droog, meaning dried herbs. On page 1 also are and I quote only the Facts. Some of the states tyrannical activities: Perjury, Fraud, Malindoctrination, Disinformation and Conspiracy. Radioactivity from phosphate fertilisers is Principal carcinogen. Crime Against Humanity, Crime Against Peace. Finding of Fact: THC is Not Cannabis. This small section on a Finding of one Fact alone clearly shows why THC is Not cannabis, exposing another lie on how they mislead the public, as does the full page on Findings of Fact further on in The Report.
On page 36 of the FCDA’s Indictment No. 4 we read: The evolution and execution of procedure whereby the Crime of Tyranny of Prohibition of Cannabis be terminated…whereby to determine and bring before the public those responsible for the said Crime, and where appropriate do Justice. Under Nota Bene on page 36 we also read: Where the ‘law’ is wrong i.e. illegal, it is weak, inconsistent and wrong not to insist on consumate restitution. It is incumbent on all citizens to unite and demand the end of the malignant tyranny of prohibition of cannabis, which is a money-motivated, profit-protection corporate conspiracy.
Please study this quote from the bottom paragragh page 24 softback version pf The Report and its ramifications. Quote: “Denial of general legal availability of life-saving preventive cannabis is malicious and premeditated and can cause early deaths. By definition and in law, this constitutes Murder UK Homicide US”. The Report exposes far more than this but, that particular law quote is the most serious law quote in the entire Report. Also on p. 24 they clearly state that all arrests, trials, incarcerations and/or forfeitures are illegal. Unfortunately they omitted to mention that therefore all warrants must also be illegal, but also state the prohibitionists are the cause of the current pandemic of disease and death. The scandal on ill victims and prisoners globally is beyond words.
Please reflect deeply what this means to all child and other cancer victims, as well as other victims with numerous varied medical illnesses worldwide. Essentially what the FCDA are saying via the above quote is that all these cancer victims and others are being murdered, under the guise of cannabis prohibition. The UK’s Truth Campaign in 1999 stated: 17 out of every 20 people (so children) shouldn’t have cancer. They have been murdered by the callous indifference of the people in power. In The Report is the case of a 3-year old boy cancer victim being given cannabis tea and cookies by his mum in the U.S.’s Spokane hospital, with the hospitals’ full approval. No prizes for guessing why.
We know that cancer can be cured safely and quickly via many natural organic remedies with no need for doctors, hospitals, surgery or chemotherapy. The compassionate Judge Young not only rules on Cannabis as Safe: compared to chemotherapy drugs, but also that cannabis in its natural herbal state is Non-Toxic. What this means under the law is this. The Fact that it’s a herb plus it’s Non-Toxic, means it should Not be under the Misuse of Drugs Act anywhere on Earth. A substance has to be harmful to be placed there, which cannabis isn’t. There alone, is a hidden Crime Against Humanity never before exposed. What does any top court judge anywhere on Earth have to say about this lie? What of chemotherapy’s super-poisons killing children, women and men everywhere people? Some examples of chemotherapy’s terrible very unpleasant and decidedly cruel effects are in Judge Young’s Ruling.
Along with the LCA during and after my/our intensive open public investigation and interrogation of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judges in 2000, using the FCDA Report as our unbeatable weapon, we again took further prosecutorial action. This was done because, as clearly shown on page 17 of the Indictment under UN Principles No. 3 that, any criminal act committed by any head of state does not excuse them from punishment. The UN Principles also apply to any person(s) employed by the state who commit these criminal offences (under cannabis prohibition), acting pursuant to those in power, i.e. police, solicitors, barristers.
The ECHR judges refused to answer any and all our questions pertaining to The Report of the FCDA back in 2000. This is similar to the same scenario as the Nuremberg Trials after WW2 which the FCDA refer to in The Report, only this time it’s far worse. Virtually all top judges worldwide are involved in this conspiracy. We know, after our public investigation of them and like many others who have tried to penetrate their ‘hallowed’ walls, that they are Guilty of decades of Capital Crimes. The ECHR judges refused to acknowledge that we had them soundly beaten. This is Fact and I welcome anyone to check our previous still outstanding history with the LCA and others. Let the current ECHR judges now argue publicly with me/us live on satellite TV (see closing references to this). They will lose, again.
Because we were a private public prosecuting team not working for the state but the people, they arrogantly thought they knew best, had some exalted right to not only not be forthcoming to the public with the truth, but also destroy our children and families lives with their totalitarian illegal persecution. These judges could simply not face the fact that, we are all perfectly intelligent people, that, we would not and still will not be deceived by them, that, we are capable of managing top judicial international public affairs for the betterment of humanity, that, we beat them effortlessly and that, we are quite capable of reporting their Capital Crimes to the public as I’m doing again here today having. I recently received a call to re-emerge with the truth. Unlike them with their treachery, dishonesty and appalling lies to the public.
The UN Declaration of Human Rights laws are everyone’s, the Peoples laws. They are not owned by anyone, especially ECHR judges who have not used them to dispense Justice for 65 years i.e. since the 1948 inception of the UN Declaration of Human Rights Laws. It was shortly after this investigation when the U.S.’s very courageous James Cox and his wife Patti united with our U.K. public’s prosecuting team in 2000 with the FCDA’s irrefutable, conclusive and incontrovertible Exonerative Evidence.
As I’ve quoted, from page 24 above re. Denial of cannabis, and the Fact that James was dying, we then jointly charged these ECHR judges with Conspiracy to Murder. This was never reported by any European media but it was put up on the Net. James Cox’s sad story appeared in the same volume of Red Eye Express as ours. I really felt for him dying with his cancer. James said to me in 2000: “ If I die will you please get Justice for my wife and son”? Obviously I said yes. I’ve called this story A Medical Nuremberg in memory of James, for every child and everyone on planet right now, who is being denied cannabis and very ill or dying.
We all know this cannabis prohibition is a heinous world crime, asphyxiatingly morally wrong for sick and dying children, for people everywhere. So here I am once again 12 years on, again showing its worldwide total illegality. I’ve been a rep. to The Report for well over twelve years and it’s why I’m once again encouraging, urging everyone, All citizens to unite to with this FCDA information. As the FCDA say themselves shown above, to demand the end of this world tyranny. James and Pattie Cox are amazing, a shining and outstanding example to the world of great courage. All please honour them, respect their names, stand by them now as they stood up for you all. Send this news of them, of their amazing stance with our team against these cruel ECHR ‘judges’ to your cannabis friends worldwide, caring organisations, caring folk around America everywhere, cannabis users or not.
Still being pursued and persecuted with totalitarian cruelty by these lawless prohibitionists today to try and silence me, I still haven’t given up, even though in poor health from 12+ years of strain. Getting them to admit the FCDA truth is not easy. This is why it calls for an urgent massive public march focusing purely and only on the The Report of the FCDA. The FCDA Report shows that all previous US and UK administrations plus other governments globally, have always known about these judicial illegalities.
Communicating with the directors of the FCDA in France in 1998, I received four letters from them with more amazing revelations not shown in The Report which I reveal next. The case in Kentucky of 300 acres set with cannabis around 14 years ago. Busted, the three generations living there went to court, produced the FCDA Report, were found Not Guilty. They were immediately given their farm and all belongings back by the honest judge. They can never be re-tried, because the ‘law’ itself is illegal, worldwide. The American national media never reported this outstanding case as it would have meant the end of the cannabis prohibition in America then, and so the world. In the UK we almost succeeded in doing this in 1998, but their callous state brutality not only against our public team but also our children and families prevented this event from happening.
They FCDA directors also advises me/us that since 1928 not one single proper truthful defence has ever been presented by a solicitor (worldwide). As they explain to me/us: “Solicitors don’t want their clients to know just how wrong this cannabis prohibition is because they are part of the enforcement process”. So it has been here in Europe, with many cases of cannabis charges being immediately dropped with presentation of the FCDA Report in court. Again these cases were never reported by any mainstream European media because of their 100% complicity and active daily involvement with this vile global Conspiracy. Obviously this includes most solicitors, barristers and judges. No-one, worldwide, has ever been Guilty for any cannabis-related activity since cannabis prohibition started, as clearly shown throughout The Report. This is irrefutable incontrovertible Fact.
The Report clearly shows multiple Crimes Against Humanity via this illegal prohibition, including the violation of 16 of the UN Declaration of Human Rights laws, as well as the violation of internal laws of all western nations involved. It shows the full complicit involvement of the UK Home Office, DEA and all other governments globally, along with judges from the highest to the lowest, some medical establishments and, of course, the worldwide national media’s full involvement in these illegal state activities.
Cannabis has never been illegal, it is the ‘law’ from the start that has always been. Watching folk all round the planet with marches to legalise cannabis is not a joke. It’s the entire world states with their criminal system that is laughing at you my friends, not I. March certainly, but now en-masse to demand the immediate exposure of the FCDA Report only. Do that and you will achieve the immediate end of this illegal global cannabis prohibition, the freeing of all prisoners worldwide and compensation and most of all bring relief to the sick and dying. I did often say to unite in my The Immediate Global Annihilation (of prohibition of cannabis) (TIGA) files I wrote back in 98-2000 put on net by Alun at the LCA. Sadly it fell on not just deaf ears then but also the blind, who couldn’t see the obvious simple solution.
Now it’s time for folk everywhere to act decisively with only firm resolution in your hearts. To make this FCDA Exonerative Evidence public. The proof is there in The Report, in these quotes I have issued, for e.g. All cannabis trials to date have been mis-trials. The FCDA also state that: Anyone who claims that cannabis is harmful are unfit to be in public office. I could go on. Rather, as team leader from 1998-2000 I’m now re-emerging to extend a strong helping hand to you folk out there in the world and U.S. who aren’t aware of the FCDA Report, much less what’s happened over here. I’m an investigative reporter amongst other things, a full time job in itself investigating, writing prosecutorial files, educating folk verbally, I’m not an organiser of marches.
We were very disappointed indeed after all the hard public prosecutorial work we all did 1998-2000 that it never came to fruition. The reason was because the public here in UK and Europe were all agape at our unique, public, legal, extremely high profile prosecutorial approach on the UK monarchy, government and judges which had never been seen or done before in history, by the public. The European public all missed the underlying message I kept saying in my TIGA writings on net, repeatedly emphasising the need for Unity in this FCDA matter i.e. organise a march. Over 12 years on now, I am beginning to despair of anyone to organise one simple march that will change world history. That is all that needs doing. Will anyone help to organise this? We are all family and hold concil, so therefore all part of the larger global family council on drug awareness are we not? FCDA? Or am I the only one missing something here?
All those folk suffering both in hospitals and jails round the world are only suffering this appalling indignity, humiliation and illness simply because they don’t know about the FCDA Report. Folks in the world and US could now change that easily, this year. The way through this shambles is very simple as I explain below. Equal rights and Justice is the order of the day. That day will come with folk acting promptly. The Truth must urgently now Out, to save the people and planet.
Millions worldwide are owed immediate Amnesty, Restitution, Compensation, Justice. In fact all persecuted since 1948 are, as clearly shown in The Report. So now come together in unity my friends to not only help the sick and needy in trouble and great distress, but also to claim and get your long overdue reward. I feel really awful about all this feeling I’ve let James and Patti down, though have done all I/we can to make the world aware of the FCDA Report. Today I’m living in exile trying to avoid being slung in jail again for cannabis. Like millions globally, we are all owed financial compensation by these world governments. We have the legal right to not only promptly demand it but also collect it. I went through the world compensation issue on Net with Alun and how to go about it way back then.
Uniting en-masse with a march demanding the immediate exposure of The Report and attaining that, will achieve freedom for everyone and the world. The states of the world cannot deny the truth contained within The Report, it is undeniable. This includes the eradication of famine, reversal of desertification etc., plus all the other myriad of other attributes cannabis serves humanity with as clearly shown in The Report. Cannabis replaces all present uses of lumber for e.g. so there is no further excuse to plunder any more of the rain forest timber destroying wildlife habitat and the lungs of our planet. With the masive plastic waste problem it is very comforting to know that cannabis provides organic bio-degradable plastic. The Cannabis Bio-Mass Energy Equation is also published in there for the first time.
Interestingly I recently educated some youth in Southern Ireland into the FCDA Report and last year a 17-year old got busted for a joint. I gave him page 1 and 36 of the FCDA Indictment, and the two pages from The Report concerning the Supreme Law. It’s explicitly clear there that, and I quote: Under the law the Prohibition of Cannabis is illegal. He took these pages into the Killarney Garda (police) station alone. Eleven minutes later they dropped any intended action they were going to bring against him. Now you can all see that which I was saying in 1998-2000 about Unity. One Irish teenage lad briefly united with me, received four pages of FCDA evidence and beat the police. A 17-year old beats the Irish police! How cool is that? If one teenager can do this on his own, what do you honestly think the public demonstrating in unity with the FCDA Report information here, can do with one march for the world?
Well the answer to that is simple. A resounding victory for people all over the world, freeing prisoners and the seriously ill alike. Do you see now good people, the time has come to do this. Please demostrate the milk of human kindness in you by having this march. United we stand, united we win. I urge you all to forward this email to all your cannabis contacts, organisations, friends and interested parties. The faster this unreported news spreads and the more folk respond swiftly by a non-stop forwarding of this email round the world, the quicker we will bring this to an end. Bringing this story to the public’s attention, just like the IMF chief just brought down, so too united will we bring them down. No-one is untouchable any more. Firmly believe that you will easily attain the result we all want and need.
The governments here in Europe were terrified in 1998, justifiably so, as The Report exposes their multiple wicked Crimes Against Humanity. There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that, this one book, The Report, will stop all governments worldwide with the cannabis prohibition installed dead in their tracks. The prohibition will then be lifted worldwide. Every single aspect of cannabis is discussed in The Report, law, medical, driving, alcohol, irradiated tobacco, economic benefits, you name it it’s all there. All that matters is that folk shouldn’t rush to buy The Report. Don’t enrich the FCDA any further, they’re very wealth already folks. It’s not necessary for folk to be swamped with law. The FCDA are supposed to be a non-profit organisation but, how is it that they never pushed to make this public over twelve years ago? They are a very dubious crowd in that sense, seemingly only seeking to profit from sales of The Report at others great misfortune, because if you go to their website they begrudgingly impart only miniscule information.
Without any further equivocation, procrastination or cover ups from the national state media or anyone else, demand the FCDA Report be made public. Just a few quotes from The Report is enough to cause a major hoo-ha for any world state with folks marching en-masse armed with placards held high stating: Expose The Report of the Family Council on Drug Awareness Europe & America Immediately – We Demand Immediate Public Answers Now (or similar) as well as holding up the FCDA quotes from here I’ve given you all as proof to demand exposure of it. In fact it is perfectly reasonable to cut and paste all I’ve quoted from the FCDA and The Report onto a single page to use.
Believe me, the governments over here were and still are terrified of this news getting out into the public domain. The U.S. government wouldn’t be expecting a march about The FCDA Report at all, it will send them reeling. Hold one government to task publicly with The Report and the cannabis prohibition will be lifted globally. It is still my wish to question Blair and the others so charged openly via satellite from southern Ireland at the earliest opportunity from Killarney’s INEC (Irish National Events Centre). Remember how Clinton was openly questioned live on satellite TV re. Monica Lewinsky? This is no sleazy sex scandal here, it’s global states Crime. This is far too serious for the public to ignore as it is in the interests of health and justice worldwide for the people. This is about compassion, justice for you, for everyone, this is not about me. These atrocious illegal activities by the worlds governments on the children, youth and people must cease forthwith.
As a humble peoples public investigator I would like our previous works with the LCA to now be made public, ensuring justice be done for James and Patti Cox plus everyone else globally. This was always my/our aim from the start in 1998. This is a peoples public prosecution, always was. The resolution I/we made then in 1998 for the people to have justice has never changed. I would say: “After all this time, it would be excellent to have good positive feedback from everyone who either receives or reads this anywhere”. I would also say: “After all these decades of illegal cannabis prohibition and the daily on-going worldwide atrocities on everyone because of it, it’s now time for us to have Our Day”. Please feel free to use this story to not only print out and keep as Exonerative Evidence, but also send to concerned caring folk anywhere who will happily lend a helping hand at this time. Rise as One Voice throughout the world with just this one march, on a city in America or on one city in any one country, to expose The FCDA Report for the world to know the Truth. Have a race, see who does it first! If I have reiterated anything it is only to reinforce my underlying yet firmly-on-top message for the public. Unite, for one final march.
Let us now, in Peace and Unity, end this global tyranny forever. Our long years of experience have taught us that no court on Earth will ever provide the healing and Justice that the children and people worldwide urgently need. It’s down to the people to make the swift evolution and execution of this procedure happen i.e. with live satellite coverage and questioning. Justice will come with a final march and satellite coverage.
