After there was talk of Attorney General Eric Holder jumping the Obama ship with the rest of the rats in his administration, Holder has decided to stay on, though he is involved in the continuing cover up of the Fast and Furious scandal and a civil case against him by Congress for contempt. However, a new scandal of international trafficking of interstellar proportions has emerged. It seems that Holder’s fingerprints are all over Arms Regulations (ITAR) violations by NASA Ames Research Center Director, Simon P. “Pete” Worden.
Two weeks ago, Representative Frank Wolf and Representative Lamar Smith wrote to FBI Director Robert Meuller and NASA Inspector General Michael Horowitz:
“We have been told by sources close to this investigation that the FBI’s case is substantially complete and was referred to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California for prosecution, but it has been stalled for more than a year and that an assistant U.S. attorney was reassigned from the case. It is our understanding that the charges in this case are rapidly running up against the statute of limitations, and that the first charge expired on December 15, 2012.” — Rep. Frank Wolf and Rep.
