Charles Lawson and Jeff Walburn holders of one of the highest clearances in the U.S. and former members of S.W.A.T. Elite Nuclear Anti Terror Unit join forces to unearth one of the largest frauds in American History. As Walburn lay nearly dying in a local hospital “victim” of a Nuclear Accident “cover-up”, hidden by the DOE, on the walk up to Nuclear Privatization, a simple phone call from Walburn to Lawson a Certified Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Investigator for the Union starts a “revenant” quest to uncover fraud and purposeful harm to Nuclear Workers at the Piketon Nuclear Facility that reveals mismanagement of the injured Nuclear Workers Program now affecting the Nation. The Piketon Facility produced 97% “weapons grade” Nuclear Material and Lawson and Walburn’s investigation leads them to discover crime at the highest levels of the Department of Energy (DOE) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as they traverse the seamy underbelly of the Nuclear Industry. Their Investigation spans twenty years showing criminal falsification of the Workforce’s “radiation records”, with threats against “their” very lives and the lives of their Families, reminiscent of the Silkwood Story. Lawson and Walburn become expert investigators with Walburn testifying in front of the U.S. Senate and both getting Larry Elliott of the NIOSH (now administering the ground zero 911 funds) to admit publicly that there was a “criminal conspiracy” at Piketon. They contact the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Division of NIOSH but the Fraud that is now being withheld by connections of DOE, NIOSH and the Department of Justice (DOJ) screams on, tearing apart the very lives of Nuclear Workers who were repeatedly exposed, not getting their benefits and still, “NO” Federal investigation. Lawson and Walburn contact numerous Elected Officials who pass their evidence amongst themselves like a “cheap romance novel” but do nothing to call for a hearing and in fact jump into bed with the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) to bail them out of their bankruptcy.

Fast forward 20 years and a Nuclear Plant now a “derelict hulk” being demolished by DOE Subcontractors holds secrets and gasses that are again exposing a “new workforce”. DOE has NIOSH send investigators. Now nearly identical to the past corruption and who had covered-up problems in Walburn’s original incident, hiding the evidence of “Falsified Logs not listed in Walburn’s investigation, a crime of omission”. Dr Steven Ahrenholz of the CDC has now signed a death warrant for a new generation of Nuclear Workers. Lawson and Walburn’s efforts do not go unnoticed by the former Chief Scientist Piketon Facility Dr. David Manuta, who elects to join them in accusing DOE and NIOSH of fraud. An unlikely union between Lawson, Walburn and a Jesuit Priest Father, Al Fritz who had studied the Privatization of Nuclear and had many questions about its proper course convinces Father Al to contact Ralph Nader,(Consumer Advocate) who takes up Walburn and Lawson’s quest while finding that they hold evidence that the NRC has withheld “discovery” in the Nuclear Safety Lawsuit by Nader in 1997 in the Securities and Exchange Commission about poor safety at the Piketon Plant and the NRC and USEC hiding details of Walburn’s Injury/Cover-up and allowing stock to be sold in the Privatization of Nuclear making USEC the largest international broker of Nuclear material in the world. There is high “monetary” motive here with USEC lying to the U.S Senate and Gregory Friedman, Office of Inspector General (OIG) of DOE lying to numerous Elected Officials and the facts of the investigation by Lawson and Walburn with documents they hold that “speaks” to back up their allegations.
