At 0.0016 AU or 148,728 miles or 239,356 Kilometers

While this is the current largest asteroid to swing past us for the next 15 years or so, YU55 does not pose an immediate threat to Earth. Its orbit does bring it close enough to be deemed a potentially hazardous asteroid, but…the orbit does not pose a potential threat or impact for at least the next century. Since YU55 does get close to The Moon they consider that there “may” be some tide effects if any, and that we should not be concerned.
