The ark of the covenant wasn’t built until the Israelites left Egypt. The dimensions were provided after they left Egypt and they were commanded to build it at that time.
The introduction of the ark into this video is not really necessary. The idea that the great pyramid was a power transmitter ala Tesla technology has enough strength on its own merit without bringing the ark of the covenant into the issue.
two commenters here bring to light a crucial subtext to this video. this video makes both an assertion and a claim regarding the ark of the covenant. first, asserting that the ark is “thought by some” to have been the capacitor essential to powering the pyramid. second, the claim that the ark is known to have existed in egypt in ancient days. this lays squarely at odds with biblical account. the narrator twice says,”peace be upon he” in reference to moses. is this to avert offense? O. Ryan Faust is right in inferring that reference to the ark as part of this account is perhaps better left to another video. a tricky can of worms is opened in this one when really the pyramid tie to tesla is enough. so much to read into all of this though…
