On the outside, the Cherry Mobile Flare looks pretty basic and spartan. You’ll get the 4-inch IPS capacitive touch panel display on an 800 x 480 screen resolution. Build is nothing special plastic but with a matte back to keep fingerprints and smudges at bay.
What’s special about this phone is in the inside. You’ll get a respectable 1.2 GHz Dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 512MB RAM running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. ROM is at a hefty 4GB with microSD support up to 32GB. For the kicker, this smartphone is also dual-SIM, dual-standby capable to give you more mileage out of it.
