Nokia just announced the availability of their most affordable capacitive touchscreen phone yet, the Nokia Asha 309. The Asha is Nokia’s series of affordable yet feature-packed Symbian phones in all shapes and sizes ranging from basic candy phones, QWERTY, semi-touch and full-touch screen phones.
The Nokia Asha 309 is a 2G-enabled device featuring a 3.0” WQVGA (240 x 400) capacitive touchscreen display. It’s your basic touchscreen phone, having Symbian’s multiple home screens, a 2-megapixel camera, and the speedy Nokia Xpress browser which can now stream video from sites like YouTube. Internal memory is limited but this phone offers up to 32GB microSD card support. You’ll also get your WLAN, Bluetooth 3.0, and stereo FM radio.
