Man-Made Pavements on Mars?

Mars rover Curiosity imaged the following cross-bedding (notes 1, 2) at Shaler on Sol 307 and Sol 120.
However, the cross-bedding looks more like flat, thin, and smooth pavements constructed by Martians:

No cross-beds and no rocks on Earth look like those on Mars. The “cross-beds” are actually man-made pavement. The pavement broke and sank to lower positions as marked in http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1556868278&p=435

      no i dont see .. just rock. if there was lift on mars. there would be city’s not some rock looking landscape.

      i dont even think they are there. just another load of BS , the tech they have now is way a wide..
