Red Privet welcomes Heather Wadlinger as Principle Experience Researcher & Customer Data & Analytics Expert

Heather Wadlinger has joined Red Privet, bringing more than a decade of experience in consumer insights research and analytics to Red Privet.

In her previous position as Discovery Team Lead & Market Research Scientist—Customer Experience at TE Connectivity (formally Tyco Electronics), Ms. Wadlinger managed all stages of the research process including study design and methodology, data collection, analytics, reporting, data visualization and dissemination for a wide variety of audiences. Prior to TE, Ms. Wadlinger held research positions in both academic and the private sector including Research Manager at Penn State University and Manager of the Emotion Laboratory at Brandeis University

Ms. Wadlinger has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, an M.A. Psychology from Brandeis University and a B.S. Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

Ms Wadlinger’s skills include both qualitative research methods (ethnographic research contextual inquiry, customer journey and ecosystem mapping) and quantitative research methods (web analytics, pathing reports, A/B multivariate testing, survey design, eye tracking, and analytics).
