the Sonic Bomb is here?

big ones…small ones…the Sonic Bomb is here….

Scenario #1. guy goes on subway car. removes from backpack a “helmet” looking more like a WWI flyers cap, or perhaps a 1930′s “Gipper” leather football helmet, and secures it over his head. then he takes out a square box, maybe 3inX3inX3in, and activates it and places it immediately on the floor of the subway car. An inaudible “sound” emanates from the box which incapacitates everyone in the car…they writhe in pain and fall to the floor. The terrorist/thief methodically robs them, and gets off at the next stop, takes the box with him when he goes.

Scenario #2. same as above, in a bank.

Scenario #3. in an airplane, civilian or military.

Scenario #4. on a battlefield, a lone drone flies over and drops sonic bombs from parachutes. Armed, helmeted, activists use the soldiers’ own weapons to slaughter them where they writhe in pain.

I don’t see this technology as beyond present capability. Does it exist? Do you know? If so, such a bomb is immoral, against all international weapons conventions, and should never be used. But does it exist now?
