I find the juxtaposition of some of these chemTrail images against the contradicting testimony somewhat amusing. But the main point here is that this Committee no longer has jurisdiction.

As far as I know, there is NO Congressional oversight.  And isn’t that convenient?

AFTER the subcommittee held hearings and they were asking all the important questions about the human health & environmental risks of dumping these chemicals on us.

Holdren’s office has NEVER responded to a FOIA from lawyers.”

“If we wanted to do experimentation, it is not possible to do just
a small-scale test, to put a little bit of particles in and see what
would happen. We could do that, but we couldn’t measure their effects
because there are a lot of weather variability, a lot of weather
noise. And so we would really have to put a lot of material in for
a substantial period of time to see whether we are having an effect.
And that would essentially be doing geoengineering itself. You can’t
do it on a small scale.”
