The Mark: Forced RFID Chips Soon, Scientists Say

“And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.…” Revelations 13:16-17

Most self-identified Targeted Individuals contacting Deborah Dupré allege they have been biochipped without knowing or consenting. They are united in a pursuit of having the chips removed, but have little help to do this. According to their accounts, there is far more to being chipped than Fox News and others are revealing.

Covert Terror 

“Last night, I had a car waiting for me,” Helena emailed me this week. “Luckily wasn’t walking. As I asked one of my collieagues to take me after work. As soon as I stepped out of the car he also got out. He started to walk toward me. He was trying to get something out of his right pocket. He tried to avoid making eye contact. I believe he wanted to kill me. After that he started using his mobile phone.

“I think He was there to kill me,” she repeated.

Emails like the one above are not only from the United States. They come from all over the globe, mainly, however, NATO countries.

“Do you have any contacts/help groups in Australia?” One TI writes in an email. “Also how can I detect implants? I have loud buzzing in my ears and get woken up at 1pm every night.”

“I’m in the process with the Canadian gov. to have copy of related document of my implantation during my military service.and get them taken out,” another TI wrote earlier this year. “The two implants are still in place. Would you have any advice on how to proceed; avoiding legal traps and get the most to stop and prevent further similar actions from any government.”

And here’s the latest: “Dear Deborah I am based in UK. What tests do I need to undergo in order to see if I have RFID chips? I had an op on my lip in 2012 and I saw the surgeon put one into my lip. I did not know what it was at the time. the op was supposed to be a biopsy which I signed for and then he said (I am just popping this in) and put it into my lip and sewed it up. since then I have had electric shocks in my lip, migraines, have been stalked continuously and harassed, have had to leave my job due to this. Please can you let me know exactly what MRI scans I need to have done in order to show up the chip. Kind Regards…”

Technologies to track and monitor humans have been in development for at least two decades, and according to thousands of Targeted Individuals (TIs), they are already being injected without knowledge or consent and are used not only to track, but also for a persecution program. In the cyber-realm, software programs can watch us in real time, even predict future behaviors, and send alerts to the “appropriate monitoring station,” depending on how a computer algorithm flags your activities.

“That is in and of itself a scary proposition,” says Mac Slavo on Activist Post. “What may be even scarier, however, is what’s happening in the physical realm. According to researches working on human-embedded microchips, it’s only a matter of time before these systems achieve widespread acceptance.

Chances are you’re carrying a couple of RFID microchips now.  And if you are, they’re sending out a 15-digit number that identifies you. That number can be picked up by what’s called an ISO compliant scanner.  And they’re everywhere, too.

It’s not possible to interact with society in a meaningful way by not having a mobile phone. I think human implants are likely to go along a very similar route. It would be such a disadvantage to not have the implant that it essentially becomes not optional.

If you’re like thousands upon thousands of TI family members and friends, your initial reaction to targets’ accounts and related issues such as mandatory chipping is probably one of disbelief.  “There’s no way society would accept such a device. Why would anyone want to implant this in their body?” Activist Post writer Mac Slavo asks. 

For decades, however, Americans rejected being submitted to being tracked or recorded, yet, almost every American now carries a mobile phone and many consider it a “right,” prompting the government to actually provide subsidies to people who cannot afford one on their own. All the better to track you with, my dear.

In every mobile phone is an RFID chip, that tracks your every movement via GPS or cell tower triangulation, and a camera that can be remotely activated by law enforcement surveillance systems, stalkers and contract goons. This has been in place since the early 2000′s. No wonder the number of TIs reporting unwanted intrusions in their homes, communities and travels had spiked by 2001.

Nevertheless, as intrusive as these devices are, and as horrid as they are for people already targeted, they are accepted as the norm by billions of people globally.

“Not only that, but no one had to ‘force’ them on us,” Slavo remarks. “We are, it seems, the masters of our own enslavement. And we pay top dollar to have the best tracking device money can buy!

“Granted, one can simply disconnect from “the grid” by throwing away their cell phone. But, the direction these new monitoring technologies are moving coupled with continued government expansion of surveillance suggests that microchip RFID technology will eventually be non-voluntary.

Michael Snyder of The Truth Wins asked last week, What will you do when you can no longer buy or sell without submitting to biometric identification?  This technology is going to keep spreading, becoming harder and harder to avoid.

“And it is easy to imagine what a tyrannical government could do with this kind of technology,” Snyder says. “If it wanted to, it could use it to literally track the movements and behavior of everyone.”

According to Dupré’s interview in 2010 with high-profile private detective William Taylor, chips are being embedded in ordinary people – even children – during routine clinic and even dental visits.

An unnamed human rights defender wrote the following in an email:

“The C.I.A. has been using dentists from schools of exclusively US dentistry to implant listening and tracking devices in targets’ teeth for generations. Under the Red Scare and US Senator Gene Mc Carthy, the US used dental tracking devices by the hundreds of thousands to great success, they felt. This intelligence practice has just become a great deal more sophisticated, with Israeli expertise added.  

 

 

“As drones are being developed smaller and smaller with miniature payloads in them, a wealth of possibilities beyond tracking or just listening abound.  This US skill is now in place across all the EU countries and NATO colonies, in the process of being refined into the new lands.  Dentists often protest. The Greek “Do No Harm” you know.  A system of enforcement has had to be set up.  It, of course, is unrelievedly brutal.  The silence needed to gull the populations that use them is by now impossible.  Too many know.  

 

 

“A Stazi type governance is needed, and the CIA, inept and dim as it is, takes over.  The extreme poverty the US International Goldman Sachs set up fiscal crisis causes across the European Union helps the lure of US/EU  money to be able to more easily buy access to manipulatable medical facilities, dentistry being only one of them. Or corporate medical monies, unlimited. If the “NO Harm” mind-set persists, Murder Incorporated is just the thing to remove reluctance.  Doctor’s suicides since 9/11 here have been in extra-ordinary numbers.”

Slavo says:

“It’s difficult to imagine a populace that will freely submit to such digital bondage. But as has been the case with the degradation of personal privacy and rights in America, be assured it won’t simply become law over night.

 

“First, the technologies will need to be generally accepted by society. It’ll start with real-time consumer based products like Google Glass. The older generations may reject it, but in a couple of years you can bet that tens of millions of kids, teens and younger adults will be roaming the streets while sporting cool shades, interactive web surfing and the capability to record everything around them and upload it to the internet instantly.

 

“Next, as we’re already seeing from early adopters, RFID chips will be voluntarily implanted under our skin for everything from access to high security buildings to grocery store purchases.

 

Eventually, once the concept is generally accepted by the majority, it will become our new ‘social security number.’ To gain access to official services, you’ll need to be a verified human. Without verification you won’t even be able to purchase a six pack of beer, let alone get medical care or a driver’s license.

The problem goes deeper, however, much deeper — as thousands of TIs know only too well.

The new chip technology is not just a one-way device, emitting signals. It is also a receiver. That means the control, possibly a psychopath in the control room, can emit torturous pain and debilitating disease, particularly neurological disorders. 

“They are Radio Frequency Identification devices. An RFID is a microchip with an attached antenna,” explains Patrick Redmond, author of the book, New Technologies – A Hidden Danger, who worked for IBM until 2007.  ”The microchip contains stored information which can be transmitted to a reader and then to a computer. RFID’s can be passive, semi-passive or active.

“Active RFID’s have an internal power source such as a battery. This allows the tag to send signals back to the reader, so if I have a RFID on me and it has a battery, I can just send a signal to a reader wherever it is. They can receive and store data and be read at a further distance than the passive RFID’s. The batteries used can only last a short while. But the current batteries in the RFID’s can last for over a hundred years, because of their self-generating power.”

The inventor and patent holder James Walbert’s case, involving forced brain implants, has proven how chips can serve as a means of not only tracking, but also torture and neurologicall impairment. 

Perhaps the next time you’re asked to consider the seemingly bizarre experiences that someone wants to talk about because they are “targeted,” you will take time to listen and show compassion. Their stories, for the most part are as real as your cell phone and as serious as a heart attack.

In fact, by listening to a TI, you might prevent a suicide. There’s only so much isolation, persecution, torture, and apathy the average human being can take in solitude.
