Albuquerque, New Mexico (beforeitsnews) November 22, 2016 – The owner and CEO of a local Internet marketing firm has taken a political stand against the president-elect by openly refusing to work with those associating themselves with Donald Trump.

In a blog appearing on 1st In SEO’s landing page, Mathew D. Blanchfield calls Trump “a racist, sexist, fascist,” and clearly outlines the groups he will no longer do business with. They include registered Republicans and those supporting the president-elect. The letter asks all current clients to respond to the announcement and confirm where their political allegiances are although they have no real means of determining anyone’s stance.

“My company will appeal to the integrity of our clients to find another SEO firm if they voted for Donald Trump, support him or are Republicans,” Blanchfield said, adding that he will continue to offer his services to existing clients that meet these criteria until they can find another Internet marketing company to work with.

“We are dedicated to making sure the transition to a new firm is smooth for those people and we’ll be here to offer support if your new provider has any questions,” Blanchfield said. He stresses the intent behind the letter is to break business ties with people that support Fascism.

After being elected 45th President of the United States Nov 8, a series of comments and election promises Donald Trump made on the campaign trail have divided the American electorate. While rival Hillary Clinton won a larger share of the popular vote, Trump ascended to the White House by winning several key states including North Carolina, Ohio and Florida. The billionaire from New York also won Pennsylvania, a state the Republicans haven’t won since 1988.

It was the candidate’s comments on illegal aliens and women as well as other issues that motivated Blanchfield to publish the letter. It also reaffirms 1st In SEO’s commitment to their Democrat and Progressive clients promising “that we will continue to work diligently to improve your internet marketing results in this quickly changing world.”

The letter is signed and dated November 10, two days after the American election.
