Versarien snaps up Cambridge Graphene Ltd
Versarien Plc (UK) announce that they have acquired an 85% stake in Cambridge Graphene Ltd, the graphne commercialisation arm of the University of Cambridge and a manufacturer of graphene inks and pastes, for £25,000 cash and an issuance of shares coming to a total of £170,000. In 2014 the company bought 2-DTech Ltd, a graphene supplier and developer born out of the The University of Manchester , and as such now finds itself with assets from the two of the top centres for graphene excellence in the UK.
