What apps or tools are essential to your daily workflow?

Clio, Toggl, Zapier, G-Suite, CanLII, QuickBooks Online, iPhone, HabitBull, Focus Keeper, Slack, Asana.

What does your workspace look like?

Home office. Laptop, second screen. Yoga block for meditating. Ergonomic desk chair, wireless ergonomic keyboard, and mouse.

How do you keep track of your calendars/deadlines?

A combination of Events in Google Calendar and Ticklers (a la “Getting Things Done”) implemented as Asana tasks with due dates.

What’s your coffee service setup? (Other beverages are fine, of course, but you should really be serving coffee!)

Tim Horton’s original beans, grinder, reusable K-cups and paper filters in my kitchen. When I meet clients elsewhere, it’s whatever the place I’m renting the board room from pours into the cup.

What is one thing that you listen to/read/watch that everyone should?

The Voice.

What’s your favorite local place to network or work solo?

Common Grounds – a coffee shop that operates as a non-pro?t with volunteer employees and promotes artistic and social justice endeavors.

What are three things you do without fail every day?

Meditate, check Slack, and eat lunch late.
