On the free will

A fundamental philosophical problem is whether everything is predetermined or if there is a place for free will. Consideration of the fact that reality is a question of probability from the past to the future, leads to the conclusion that individual free will is nested within a larger body of probability from the past to the future, and thus to the conclusion that the individual free will drowns in this larger body of probability.

If every body of probability analogously is nested in a larger body of probability, then the notion of individual free will is an illusion. It may make difference in our individual lives, but it will not make difference on a larger scale. The whole is not the sum of the parts, but the parts do instead adapt to the sum.
