AI Wants You - You WILL Be REPLICATED

Humanity is on the verge of great change. Will these changes mean the end of humanity though? 
Technologies like AI (artificial intelligence) and robotics are advancing at a rapid rate and will completey change
the landscape of the world we live in over the next several years. Startlingly many of us
many of us seem to be completely unaware of it, oblivious to the precipice we stand on the edge of.
We go on with our daily lives allowing ourselves to be mined for data without realizing
what it may mean for us. 

The changes coming our way will surpass even the wildest of our imaginations. Transferance of consciousness,
mindware, mindclones, unlimited knowledge and incredible computing power. Many of the world’s most
difficult challenges and issues will be resolved via AI and quantum computing, but we will have to contend with
a whole host of new ones.

The new world we will exist in will seem like something out of a science fiction novel, and humanity’s 
place in that world is uncertain. Those currently working on some of these technologies have several
goals and they move forward towards them acting as if this is just the next step of evolution for man. But is it?

When we are looking at technologies that can transfer consciousness from a human to an artificial
body or from an AI intelligence into a human body, or look at technologies that can replicate us,
what does that really mean for us? Some of these technologies are already in use. There are currently AI 
algorithms out there gathering your data via sites like facebook and google, compiling mindfiles 
on you.  These mindfiles will be used to power an AI global brain and to replicate you.
How will being replicated actually imapact the humans replicated though? No one really knows at this stage.
Not even the creators of these technologies know what the ramifications will ultimately be,
and let us not forget as we create these beings, these AI entities, that they too will have their
own goals. 

As we move forward with this future will we be phasing ourselves out? Will the rewards be worth it?
