SUBJECT: The Musket over the Fireplace and Spiritual Warfare

INTRODUCTION: Everything in the universe is pure energy. In 2014, that was revealed knowledge, which came to us from the joint-nation scientific endeavor called CERN. With that understanding, the scope of the ancient scriptures has blown wide open to us as humans. That which was hidden has been revealed. Therefore, it is time to understand how humans are supposed to access the Most High Court, seek help from the Most High Judge, and render judgement to protect the Family. Just like the early American fathers used the musket to defend their families from wild animals, today we have spiritual (energy) weapons with hidden powers to fight our enemies…foreign and domestic. Unfortunately, people are grossly ignorant about how to use them. We can solve that problem today.

FIRST: Who invented the weapons that use gunpowder?

The Chinese discovered gunpowder and used it to make fireworks. The Europeans created weapons with it. The early muskets were very heavy, which made it hard for women to use. Men in colonial America were expected to know how to use the musket and defend their families.

SECOND: During early American colonization, why did fathers keep a loaded musket over the fireplace?

The homes of the early American colonists were made of logs. The windows were openings without glass or screens, and they were covered with cloth or furs, as the seasons changed. Wild animals often tried to come into the homes, when they smelled food. The fathers and mothers needed the weapon to stop animal invaders. The musket was primarily used to protect the family from bears, wolves, etc. All boys were trained how to handle weapons to defend the family. In early colonial times, all people were trained that it was immoral to shoot another human being. War is outside of the civilized legal system. Every weapon is used to fight an attacking nation. That is called Natural Law, where the Right to Self Defense is derived. The idea that guns were used to shoot other humans as a legal recourse was planted in minds of Americans by the Hollywood movies, which displayed Wild West gun fights.

THIRD: What is the legal definition of Jurisdiction?

I began to understand the legal term “jurisdiction,” when in 2010, an OSHA investigator announced to me in writing that OSHA had no jurisdiction over the GOCO nuclear complex. In a 1992 Memorandum of Understanding, the Department of Labor/OSHA agreed to release its congressional mandate for OSHA to oversee nuclear safety, and it gave the Department of Energy that jurisdiction. The information was contrary to what most nuclear workers are taught. Was it “legal”? I had a need to know more… and today, I do know much more.

1. Jurisdiction is a POWER introduced for the public good, on account of the necessity of dispensing justice.

2. It is the POWER of the court to decide a matter in controversy and presupposes the existence of a duly constituted court with control over the subject matter and the parties.

FOURTH: What is “spirit”?

Today science can explain what Elohim is and how he creates our universe. At no time does a real scientist pretend to be above Elohim. That would be stupid. Instead, a real scientist, as defined long ago by Sir Francis Bacon, is merely exploring the universe to seek understanding about the Creation. Today there are many new facts. We know that everything is pure energy. Nothing is “mass,” as the Descartes and Newton hypothesis suggested. Energy is congealed by the Higgs Boson Quanta, which binds together other energies. There are energy beings that exist in other domains (aka dimensions), which CERN is able to access today by using the adiabatic quantum D-Wave computers. The invisible energy beings who live and control the universe are not perceived by human eyes, but their actions are noticed. Also, every human is an energy being, which is locked into a body; hence, learning more about “spirit” should be important for every human.

John 4:23-24:

23 [Jesus said] But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and Truth, for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.

24 God [aka Adonai, Elohim] is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

FIFTH: What is spiritual warfare?

One of the top legal scholars in Rome around 40 A.D. was Saul of Tarsus, who was called Paul, after his radical conversion. Here is what he wrote about the spirit battle.

Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

One of the wisest men in the world was King Solomon, who also studied the pagan gods that his many foreign wives worshiped. King Solomon knew Elohim, up close and personally. Solomon witnessed the cloud that enter the First Temple, which he built for the Hebrew nation. Solomon’s knowledge about the many energy realms and the beings from those realms was passed forward in time, and later written down.

1 Kings 8:10-12
10 And it came about when the priests came from the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the LORD.
11 so that the priests could not stand to minister, because of the cloud for the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD
12 Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that He would dwell in the thick cloud.”

It details the protective signs and rituals to be performed, the actions necessary to prevent the spirits from gaining control, the preparations prior to the invocations, and instructions on how to make the necessary instruments for the execution of these rituals.

SIXTH: What is the First Estate?

The domain of Elohim is the First Estate. Physics calls it the Thirteenth Dimension. The entire legal system of the western world originated from the biblical knowledge, which came from outside of our dimension. Moses was the Hebrew that received the written knowledge about how to establish the Second Estate on earth, which is a replica of the First Estate. The Process and Procedures in the Second Estate are the same, according to what is written in the ancient texts.

When the archaeologists announced that the Dead Sea Scrolls found in 1946 had been translated, we learned that every book of the Old Testament was in the scrolls except for the Book of Esther. The evidence was placed before the world to prove that the Old Testament was indeed ancient legal eyewitness testimony. The atheist professors in seminaries were DEBUNKED; but, they failed to read the memo. Atheist professors continue to teach that God is not real and the Bible is merely Oral Tradition. That is FALSE, according to scientific discoveries, since 1946. CERN is using then new truth, and so should you.

Exodus 24:16-18

SEVENTH: How does a human access the First Estate Court for Recourse and Remedy?

Ahhhhh…. Now this is the good news. For over 2,000 years, mankind has been led astray by the “holy-NOT Roman Empire”. The Vatican is pagan to the core, and built atop many rooms that worship Lucifer, who is also an energy being. The Messiah, who was prophesied by Isaiah, came to earth with a mission: To SEAL a contract with himself so that humans would have access to the First Estate. The contract was a Covenant, and covenants were always sealed with a drop of blood. The Messiah sealed a legal FOREVER contract, and it cannot be broken by any other energy being. The DEBT (aka Claims made by Satan against humans or nations) are entered into the First Estate Court, where the Most High Judge presides. That Debt was “Paid in Full” by the Messiah. However, each human is allowed to “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE” the offer presented by the Everlasting Covenant for removing their individual debt. That is what made the crucifixion a world changing event. It split the TIME-SPACE continuum (B.C. to A.D.).

Here is what you need-to-know to begin to learn how to access the First Estate.

1. Man and Woman have different Jurisdictions. The Prophet Nathan told this to the King David, which was written down by Gad the Seer, another prophet that served the king.

a. Reference: The Moabite [Written 1033-1017 BC) – 7 And the LORD said to Nathan the prophet: ‘Go to David My servant, and tell him the message that I tell you.’ 8 And Nathan went to David, to his chambers saying: ‘This is what the LORD of Hosts says: ‘I have heard your prayer, so tell the Moabite: ‘You are a ‘Moabite MAN, and not a Moabite WOMAN, for I never said a ‘Moabite woman’ and ‘ammonite woman,’ because their women and daughters belong to the LORD; however you are cursed by the LORD, and forbidden to enter the LORD’s assembly.

b. Reference: Deuteronomy 23:3

c. POINT: Man has jurisdiction to protect and provide for Elohim’s family. Woman has the duty to oversee the King’s nursery. The First Estate Judge is very specific with His jurisdictions.

2. One must have Standing before approaching the Judge.

a. Reference from Black’s Law Dictionary – STANDING – “One’s place in the community in the estimation of others; his relative position in social, commercial, or moral relations; his repute, grade, or rank.

b. If one is not a member of the Family of Elohim, who is the King of Heaven, then one cannot access the Most High Court.

c. On earth, if an attorney does not have standing as a member of the BAR, then he is not allowed to approach the Bench. The idea came from the First Estate, and exists today.

3. In a Court of Law, the victim (aka Defendant) is represented by the Advocate. The victim is not responsible for his own defense, but his Advocate speaks on his behalf. (NOTICE: An attorney will attorn for the government; and Advocate defends the victim.)

4. The Plaintiff in the Most High Court is an energy being named Satan. He enters Claim into the Court against each Man and Woman, and against each Nation. If nobody shows up to argue the case, then Satan wins his case.

5. The Messiah is the Advocate for the King’s Sons and Daughters, who seek Recourse and Remedy from the First Estate. The only way that humans can approach the Judge of the Most High Court is through the Everlasting Covenant, which is under the authority of Y’shuah’s. All of this is outlined in the Old and New testimonies.

6. Petition, Prayer, and Plea are legal instruments for entering requests to any Court.

a. PETITION – Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition – “A written address, embodying an application or prayer from the person or persons preferring it, to the power, body, or person to whom it is presented, for the exercise of his or their authority in the redress of some wrong, or the grant of some favor, privilege, or license.”

b. PRAYER – (ibid) – “The request contained in a Bill in Equity that the court will grant the process, aid, or relief which the complaint desires.”

c. PLEADING – (ibid) “The formal allegations of the parties to a lawsuit of their respective claims and defenses, with the intended purpose being to provide notice of what is to be expected at trial.”

(1) PLEA – (ibid) “In common law pleading … More particularly, the first pleading on the part of the Defendant. In the strictest sense, the answer which the defendant in an action of law made to the Plaintiff’s declaration, and in which the set up matter of FACT as defense, thus distinguished from a demurrer, which interposed objections on grounds of law…”

EIGHTH: In 100 A.D., humanity was redirected concerning the legal access to the First Estate Court. Why? The early Church composed of Hebrew-Nazarenes and pagan-Christians exploded in membership across the Roman Empire. The early church used what the Messiah taught them. They discovered how to access the King of Heaven, how to work the electromagnetic energy of the Holy Spirit, and they were bringing heaven to earth on their behalf. The Roman Emperor was totally frightened by this use of power, which he could not control. The Roman Emperor wanted to wipe out the movement. He colluded with the former pagan leadership of the Christians, and brought the leaders into a contract, which asked them to kill their Nazarene brothers. They were paid. After that, a slow and subtle turning of the Word began by the pagan-Christian leaders, who gained control over the minds of men for the Roman Empire. Pagan worship was re-asserted into the Christian ritual. By 313 A.D., Satan was in control over the Church, and that control remains to this day (including the 501-c-3 contracts).

NINTH: Where can one find knowledge about approaching the First Estate?

This author has spent years researching the legal battles both on earth and in heaven, which included meeting a member from a team in North Carolina that was composed of professional men from science, history, law, etc. They spent four decades going back through the American legal records to find out how and why our legal system veered off course in the United States. The last documentation was discovered, when one of the members was thrown into a federal detention center by the IRS. The Law Library in that detention center quietly hid the documents from the Public that concluded their research. That is a long story for another day. The reader must understand that information was hidden from you in the past, but is coming into the light of public awareness today.

The reader is encouraged to learn, discern, and turn from wrong information. There are men of the faith who are already have access to the High Court and they are writing books about the Process and Procedure. One can learn how to access to the Most High Court, but there is a right… and a wrong… way to do it. Like any Courtroom, there is a Bailiff. Do not try to use the Court without doing some homework and preparation. Your REQUEST can be blocked, if you do it wrong.

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

CONCLUSION: For two thousand years, men have been incorrectly been trained about how to access the Most High Court. Only the Vatican and a few secret society leaders had the truth… until now. The training given to the Ordained ministers of the Doctrinal Protestant denominations… who loudly proclaim “Pray to God”… are ignorant about the real High Court process. They are controlled by the Invisible College, which today is called the Royal Society, which is in collusion with the Vatican. Most Protestants and Catholics are not in good Standing, nor do they use the Process and Procedure, which is necessary for approaching the Bench of the Most High Judge. The prayers by Protestant members usually never make it past their noses, because they have no knowledge about the legal process. Satan worshipers laugh at them and say, “They have weak magic.” Our Adversary is always ready to enter Claims against us… 7 days a week and 24 hours each day. It is true that humans have mortal bodies, but they are housing spirits, which have mighty electromagnetic powers. Our DNA is designed like a Tesla antenna that transmits Scalar Waves, and heaven uses those waves like a GPS locator. The King of Heaven knows where His children are at all times. However, if His children are falsely arrested by the Adversary, and they do not understand how to work the Court system in the First Estate, they will go into detainment. Learn to send and receive information. Become a member of the Family of Elohim, who is the High King of Heaven. Gain access to the Most High Judge at all times. Learn your Standing and your Jurisdiction. End control of the Adversary over yourself, your family, and your nation.
