CT Shooting Proves Gun Control will not work

The tragedy at Sandy Hook, Newtown Connecticut, was a terrible waste of human life and the potential of youth, but it should also serve as a warning for gun control advocates, that gun control will not work.

If my current understanding of the circumstances are correct, the shooter, was denied approval to purchase a gun earlier in the week, regardless his criminal intent was so strong that he killed his mother (matricide is extremely rare less than 2% of US homicides from 1988 -2008 were biological children killing their mothers, US National Library of Medicine), and stole her legally acquired and kept guns.

This tragic episode seemingly conversely illustrates the opposite that a motivated criminal will kill to get weapons. A person possessing the – will – can always obtain weapons, and that should send a chill down the collective spine of the powers that be.

Guns do not cause murder, any more than a fork will cause you to get fat. Like all of these “run for the cure” type events, promoted by the cancer industry; we must start looking for the cause. The cause in this case will most likely prove to be selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor drugs.

Pray for victims, and help anyone you know to get off of those drugs.
