First Sacrificial Goat under New York Gun Laws

The first victim is in.

A decorated combat vet has been arrested in new York for possession of “assault” magazines. No one is even mentioning the “random vehicle stop” which in most states would get an Officer suspended for a blatant 4th amendment violation, a detention and search without probable cause. (I’m former Law Enforcement)

The arrest has one goal…Pour encourager les autres  (i.e. to encourage others)

He will  be bankrupted. His family and friends will be investigated. His life turned upside down. He will be demonized and his name dragged through the mud through leaks and every other tactic the State can devise. They will do everything they can to destroy this man.

And all with one goal in mind. To communicate to all the New York Gun Owners the clear message:

“If we’ll do this to a decorated vet for simply possessing assault magazines, can you imagine what we’ll do to you for possessing an assault rifle?”

Now all that remains to be seen is whether the People of New York will stand their ground and tell the State “NO!” or whether they’ll hang their heads in fear and creep back into their houses like good little sheep.

As much as I hope for the former, I fear the latter will be the response.
