Do You Need Insurance ? and The Sugar Habit By Marjory Wildcraft

If you weren’t forced to have insurance, would you? Is it really necessary? What did people do before big companies came about?  Watch this short video and you’ll get my viewpoint on insurance, how I’ve lived with and without it in my life, and what I consider real insurance to be.

In my last email I was telling you about seeing Joe Mercola speak, and I asked him about how to eliminate sugar cravings.  The short reply by joe wasch your body to a fat burning metabolism”.  I am definately a sugar addict…  and while I eat less than the average Amercian…  LOL, I still eat too much.  But I was assured by Joe, and several others that switching over to a fat burning metabolism reduced or eliminated sugar cravings. 

Have you ever been able to eliminate sugar from your diet?  Do you want to?  I am doing more research and setting up a plan for myself.  I would really love to know your thoughts and comments on this topic.  Have you had success getting sugar out of your diet?  Do you have any suggestions?  Are you interested in this?  Do you want to try this out together?  Leave me a comment here at this blog page (I do get to the blog comments much more quickly than than email) – I really do want to hear from you.
