If you’re not trained to respond to fear, it can overwhelm you fast. This is fear that even you, dear confident reader, might not be truly prepared for. Everything you think you know may go out the window. And then you crack.

Or maybe it’s your neighbors, following a major disaster. Your neighbors “lose it”. Maybe it’s the local police.
