100 Items to Disappear First in a Panic
This list of 100 items to disappear first has been passed around the Internet for a while and it’s a great guide. I recommend printing it so you can fold it up and put it in your wallet. Then when you’re out and about at flea markets, dollar stores or wherever you end up, look it over and keep an eye out for good deals.

all you need is some tin food and warter proof clothing and a good axe and rope and somthing to start a fire and a compus and thats it
Probably going to need a gun and some ammunition. But you definitely aren’t going to need all this junk. This guy sounds like he is going camping for a week or two. In a big van or camper. This list is way too involved. There is no way you could carry all this junk without a good size vehicle. Which by the way is not on the list…..
I gather he is not ‘health-conscious’ either…’cigarettes’?…white sugar?…and as to yeast – in survival status – one would not be making loaf bread…
my paired down version of this – which I wrote for my site, several years ago – would include –
wholewheat flour/baking powder/sea salt/kosher/spices/vinegar (cider) and olive oil/butter – for making unleavened bread – roti.
which you can do on a skillet – in a very quick amount of time.
stockpile little cans of tomato paste – you can use them for just about any meal prep.
wasa crispbreads – for snacking – they are light to carry, are good for you and in-expensive.
peanut butter – organic – for making peanut sauce – which you can have with your rotis and many other things.
Sauces are very important to know how to do.
Legumes – crucial
brown rice – healthy and crucial
dried fruit – raisins to whatever.
nuts
canned sardines/kippered herring – in water/broth – not soybean oil!
sago – tapioca desserts
cream of wheat – in-expensive cereal – quick to make – do not buy it processed – buy bulk.
oatmeal – buy in bulk – not the refined type.
beef jerky
canned coconut milk – can be used for tea, coffee, in dessert, etc.
I do not buy ordinary milk.
pure, un-adulterated yogurt – if you have something to store cold things in.
d3 vitamins/c – chewable
oil of oregano – many uses
tea tree oil – many uses – I would never be without these last two items – and neither should you.
That’s the short version.
Blessings, Layna of laynaland yahoo site.
I’d thought preppers would have had BEER first on the list. Once you’ve drunk all your beer, then you can get down to killing others for their stock.
