Sugar Free, Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake for breakfast??? Why not?? I mean, it’s sugar free and gluten free. It has protein…. Yes, we can have cake for breakfast or as a snack without feeling guilty! Let me show you how….

1 egg
1 heaping Tb baking cocoa
2 Tbs Oikos Triple Zero yogurt
3 packets of Truvia
1 tsp of almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Water, as needed for consistency

Throw all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well (you’re looking for brownie batter consistency), and pop in the microwave for three minutes. I topped mine with sugar free whipped cream and then proceeded to eat it for breakfast. Because I can…..
