The End of the World 2012: NASA Tells All
After a quiet couple of weeks our Sun is once again awakening with activity. Over the Memorial holiday weekend Earth experienced category G1 (Minor) and G2 (Moderate) geomagnetic storms on May 28-29 due to a coronal hole high-speed solar wind stream. Bright auroras at high latitudes were visible at both poles of the Earth, including Tasmania, New Zealand, Antarctica, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
In addition, R1 (Minor) radio blackouts also occurred due to solar flares on the Sun. NOAA is predicting a continuing possibility of category R1 radio blackouts through June 9, 2011.
Much like Y2K, 2012 has been analyzed and the science of the end of the Earth thoroughly studied. Contrary to some of the common beliefs out there, the science behind the end of the world quickly unravels when pinned down to the 2012 timeline. Below, NASA Scientists answer several questions that we’re frequently asked regarding 2012.
Question (Q): Are there any threats to the Earth in 2012? Many Internet websites say the world will end in December 2012.
Answer (A): Nothing bad will happen to the Earth in 2012. Our planet has been getting along just fine for more than 4 billion years, and credible scientists worldwide know of no threat associated with 2012.
Q: What is the origin of the prediction that the world will end in 2012?
A: The story started with claims that Nibiru, a supposed planet discovered by the Sumerians, is headed toward Earth. This catastrophe was initially predicted for May 2003, but when nothing happened the doomsday date was moved forward to December 2012. Then these two fables were linked to the end of one of the cycles in the ancient Mayan calendar at the winter solstice in 2012 — hence the predicted doomsday date of December 21, 2012.

Q: Does the Mayan calendar end in December 2012?
A: Just as the calendar you have on your kitchen wall does not cease to exist after December 31, the Mayan calendar does not cease to exist on December 21, 2012. This date is the end of the Mayan long-count period but then — just as your calendar begins again on January 1 — another long-count period begins for the Mayan calendar.
Q: Could phenomena occur where planets align in a way that impacts Earth?
A: There are no planetary alignments in the next few decades, Earth will not cross the galactic plane in 2012, and even if these alignments were to occur, their effects on the Earth would be negligible. Each December the Earth and sun align with the approximate center of the Milky Way Galaxy but that is an annual event of no consequence.

Q.There are many photos and videos of Nibiru on the Internet. Isn’t that proof that it exists?
A, The great majority of the photos and videos on the Internet are of some feature near the Sun (apparently supporting the claim that Nibiru has been hiding behind the Sun for the past several years.) These are actually false images of the Sun caused by internal reflections in the lens, often called lens flare. You can identify them easily by the fact that they appear diametrically opposite the real solar image, as if reflected across the center of the image. This is especially obvious in videos, where as the camera moves, the false image dances about always exactly opposite the real image. Similar lens flare is a source of many UFO photos taken at night with strong light sources such as streetlights in the frame. I am surprised that people don’t recognize this common photo artifact. I am also amazed that these photos showing something nearly as large and bright as the Sun (a “second sun”) are accepted together with claims made on some of the same websites that Nibiru is too faint to be seen or photographed except with large telescopes.
One widely reported telescopic photo (www.greatdreams.com/nibiru-possible.jpg) shows two views of an expanding gas cloud far beyond the solar system, which is not moving; you can see this from the fact that the stars are the same in both pictures. A sharp-eyed reader of this website identified these photos as a gas shell around the star V838 Mon. Wikipedia has a nice write-up and a beautiful photo of it from Hubble. Another high school student was initially impressed by posted images of a red blob that were said to be of Nibiru. Then he worked out in his Photoshop class how to make just such pictures starting from scratch.
One video posted in summer 2008 on Youtube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDKtkWIx00A) shows a guy standing in his kitchen claiming that one of the objects discovered by a NASA x-ray telescope is Nibiru. What is his evidence? That since this false-color x-ray image released by NASA is blue, this must really be a nearby planet with an ocean. This would be hilarious if it were not used to frighten people.
Q: What is the polar shift theory? Is it true that the earth’s crust does a 180-degree rotation around the core in a matter of days if not hours?
A: A reversal in the rotation of Earth is impossible. There are slow movements of the continents (for example Antarctica was near the equator hundreds of millions of years ago), but that is irrelevant to claims of reversal of the rotational poles. However, many of the disaster websites pull a bait-and-shift to fool people. They claim a relationship between the rotation and the magnetic polarity of Earth, which does change irregularly, with a magnetic reversal taking place every 400,000 years on average. As far as we know, such a magnetic reversal doesn’t cause any harm to life on Earth. A magnetic reversal is very unlikely to happen in the next few millennia, anyway.
A: The Earth has always been subject to impacts by comets and asteroids, although big hits are very rare. The last big impact was 65 million years ago, and that led to the extinction of the dinosaurs. Today NASA astronomers are carrying out a survey called the Spaceguard Survey to find any large near-Earth asteroids long before they hit. We have already determined that there are no threatening asteroids as large as the one that killed the dinosaurs. All this work is done openly with the discoveries posted every day on the NASA NEO Program Office website, so you can see for yourself that nothing is predicted to hit in 2012.
Near-Earth asteroid 2005 YU55 will pass within 0.85 lunar distances from the Earth on November 8, 2011. The upcoming close approach by this relatively large 400 meter-sized, C-type asteroid presents an excellent opportunity for synergistic ground-based observations including optical, near infrared and radar data. The attached animated illustration shows the Earth and moon flyby geometry for November 8th and 9th when the object will reach a visual brightness of 11th magnitude and should be easily visible to observers in the northern and southern hemispheres. The closest approach to Earth and the Moon will be respectively 0.00217 AU and 0.00160 AU on 2011 November 8 at 23:28 and November 9 at 07:13 UT.

Q: How do NASA scientists feel about claims of pending doomsday?
A: For any claims of disaster or dramatic changes in 2012, where is the science? Where is the evidence? There is none, and for all the fictional assertions, whether they are made in books, movies, documentaries or over the Internet, we cannot change that simple fact. There is no credible evidence for any of the assertions made in support of unusual events taking place in December 2012.
Q: Is there a danger from giant solar storms predicted for 2012?
A: Solar activity has a regular cycle, with peaks approximately every 11 years. Near these activity peaks, solar flares can cause some interruption of satellite communications, although engineers are learning how to build electronics that are protected against most solar storms. But there is no special risk associated with 2012. The next solar maximum will occur in the 2012-2014 time frame and is predicted to be an average solar cycle, no different than previous cycles throughout history.
A.There are many objectives of government, but they do not include keeping the population at ease. My experience is that sometimes parts of the government do just the opposite, as in the frequent references to various terrorist threats or warnings about driving accidents on long holiday weekends, which are no more dangerous than any other time. There is a long history of associating bad things with political opponents (older readers will remember the “missile gap” in the 1960 election, younger ones will note the many current references to who is or is not keeping the U.S. safe from terrorists). Further, social scientists have pointed out that many of our concepts of public panic are the product of Hollywood, while in the real world people have a good record of helping each other in a time of danger. I think everyone also recognizes that keeping bad news secret usually backfires, making the issue even worse when the facts finally come out. And in the case of Nibiru, these facts would come out very soon indeed.
Even if they wanted to, the government could not keep Nibiru a secret. If it were real, it would be tracked by thousands of astronomers, amateurs as well a professional. These astronomers are spread all over the world. I know the astronomy community, and these scientists would not keep a secret even if ordered to. You just can’t hide a planet on its way to the inner solar system!
Q.When the sun and the Earth line up on the galactic plane at the same time with the black whole being in the center couldn’t that cause something to happen, due to the fact that the black hole has such a strong gravitational pull?
A. There is a giant black hole in the center of our Milky Way galaxy, and like any concentration of mass it exerts gravitational force on the rest of the Galaxy. However, the galactic center is very far away, approximately 30,000 light years, so it has negligible effects on the solar system or the Earth. There are no special forces from the galactic plane or the galactic center. The only important force that acts on the Earth is the gravitation of the Sun and Moon. As far as the influence of the galactic plane, there is nothing special about this location. The last time the Earth was in the galactic plane was several million years ago. Claims that we are about to cross the galactic plane are untrue.

Story is not credible at all. If you knew anything, the Mayan Calendar does not end in 2012… It ends in 2011. The calendar does end, it marks the change of a massive global change, in relation to the rest of the galaxy, they knew more about astronomy than we could ever hope to understand. To bad we destroyed over 90% of their text.

I do find some links relating to the Maya and Oct. 28, 2011 as being an important date, however if you have links that you find credible relating to this date or others in 2011, I would appreciate looking at their content.

All you need to do is look at the relating stories posted on this site. Some are so pathetic. This story is a good counter balance to all the junk science postings on 2012.

The Science Is Fallible
The failures of the science are forgotten quickly and only the successes are emphasized. Repeatedly, these and those scientific theories have to be abandoned due to new and better knowledge. Still, the holes of the science are filled by wise sounding explanations and new theories again and again.
The science is only one part of the faulty human thinking that is impaired by the flock behavior of the individuals of the flock or in this case the scientific community.
The scientists are not equally bright faced defenders of the truth, although some of them may want to be. They have their personal ambitions, fears, dependencies, worries and other human limits and defects. After all, in the flock behavior, the leaders of the flock decide how the others have to do and think. Many times, the truth is secondary.
The mavericks endanger their sustenance, privileges and reputation if they dare to jump off the pen. Only very few individuals have a courage to do that, because the people, the scientists included, are like flock animals, in spite of their greater brains than the latter. After all like all flocks, the scientific community thinks most and first its own survival. In a serious crisis, the other individuals outside a flock are easily forgotten. I remember that kind of thinking when in my childhood, I was evacuated from my own country to another from under a coming war. Without my persistent mother I had been lost.
So, the vast public are fools if they trust blindly in the science and scientists. They are following errant guides. Once I was such a fool myself. In the schools I had gone to, from the elementary public school to the university level, I had been conditioned to believe blindly in the science. My doubting remarks were quickly silenced and little by little, I was brainwashed.
However as a maverick I was, in my later years my old doubts began to rise to the surface again. In several cases, I noticed that the science was not so perfect and complete like it was presented. It is a mixture of correct and faulty knowledge.
To shorten the story, my scientific brainwashing collapsed eventually in the spring of 2005 after I got a strong insight concerning the possible ice-shedding of Greenland. The ice-shedding is a natural phenomenon that takes place every spring in every Arctic river in the Arctic, when the ice-cover of the rivers floats to the sea more or less violently. I had seen the ice-shedding many times from my childhood on, for I lived and am still living in Finnish Lapland, on the southern edge of the Arctic area.
I started to study the subject. The more I dug scientific facts, the more I found faults also. Was it possible that one day, the continental ice-cover of Greenland would commence to rush to the Arctic Ocean? It must be so horrendous an event that it would cause a world-wide series of immeasurable earthquakes and tsunamis. The Antarctic would join the game, causing a counter-burst of the much greater glacier.
I made many studies and calculations and gathered all my experience and knowledge of my life of 70 years. The more I studied the more convinced I was that my theory of the burst of the continental glaciers was right, and the more less I trusted in the science. Be it a global warming going on or not, the Arctic is warming unceasingly. That is a fact. The spring of the ages has begun already and one day, the ice-shedding of ages will be reality. Eventually, I wrote a book that I updated in the autumn 2009, named Ice-Shedding of Ages. You can find it on the Internet by using those keywords.
I am dead serious that one global threat is the ice-shedding of the vast ice-fields of the continental glaciers. The glacier of Greenland has a destructive potential that is 900.000 greater than the scientists stated afterwards the Indian Ocean tsunami had discharged to the ocean. (The scientists had forgotten the dynamic impact that represents even more energy. My number is 400.000.) This threat is totally overlooked by the scientists and the main stream media if I know. I have grounded my arguments from different viewpoints, but nobody really seems to believe me. They simply don’t want to believe what I have written.
If you believe me, know that if one day, there will be an earthquake that does not calm down but increases in violence minute after minute, it’s time to flee. The mentioned Indian Ocean earthquake in December 2004 lasted for 100 seconds, but if this earthquake will last for several minutes without relenting, then flee without lingering to a sanctuary you have. The best safe places are located in high and geologically stable continental interior areas, hundreds of kilometers (or miles) from the nearest sea. More can be read in my book Ice-Shedding of Ages.

Hmmm, NASA being co-operative, and coming forward with answers for every question! I find that a little awkwardly hard to accept. But they do hold ALL the cards when it comes to looking at large objects in space, so we are left to guess on alleged impact events. And if we are to be genuinely realistic, it is ALL, just guess work. None of us have any solid evidence to back up the claims being made about the prophecies of 2012. BUT, what we can stick to, if you wish it, are the facts that are available to us all. As we are all aware, our planet appears to be having something of a “hissy fit” at the moment, on a global scale. Earthquakes are becoming more frequent and destructive Worldwide, the storms that the US are facing appear to be growing in intensity and frequency, the dry-spell that is Worldwide, is destroying Farmers crops, and seriously affecting our food shortage problem, and the unrest in the Middle-east and now Europe also appears to be growing in intensity. We ARE living in dangerous times, and most of which we can do nothing about. Remember, we are not even through half of 2011 yet.
The doom mongers are doing their best to scare us with apocalyptic events coming from out of space, I think that we have enough to deal with right here, right now. Our Govts do not control what the World does, they cannot control an impact from space, so it is down to the individual to prepare in their own way, as they see fit. Living in the UK, I am waiting to see what winter will bring this year weather wise, and I am hoping that it will not be as intense as it has been the past two years. If it is however, I will consider it warning enough, to make plans for my further survival.
NASA finally put out information about Solar Cycle #24 being more severe than the last even numbered Solar Cycle of 1998 when there were record breaking storms and flares with threatening results. It seems that the even numbered cycles are more intense; causing grid shutdowns and communication satellite damage and interference. NASA stated in their warning about this next cycle, that Europe and UK will experience worse conditions from this #24 cycle than the U.S. They said that our grid system was in better shape and more updated, but to be prepared expect that the grid could be down a month or more. That is NASA speaking. This man in this report is a dupe! His story does not hold water.

Also, a guy named Immanuel Velikovsky released a series of books daring to question these ‘professional’ astronomers in the 60′s, their response? – they en-masse lobbied the publisher threatening a boycott, and got the guy responsible for recommending publishing fired for good measure. According to the Western world, the Mayan people vanished/died/blasted off and went to the moon/whatever. However there are still plenty of Mayan people who live in Guatemala and Mexico. Any story treating the Mayans as a long lost people is propaganda. 13 B’aktun is a book written by a Mayan talking about the calendars (plural) and how Mayan culture works, what they expect for 2012, etc.
The Mayans literally think Earth is a self-sufficient spaceship given to mankind. Thus humans have the privilege and burden of being the keepers of Earth. Humans’ ability to maintain the balance of their ship determines how they fare (you reap what you sow).
Humanity has allegedly destroyed itself in this mission three times already, and the Mayans suspect that we will make it four. Assuming that the fourth self-destruction of humanity leaves Earth intact, a new stock of humans would be seeded to try the experiment again. The ultimate intent of the experiment is for a group of humans to develop into responsible stewards for the spaceship Earth. Thus the end of the cycle has two main possibilities: transition into a golden age or mankind’s self-destruction. Either way humanity itself determines the outcome of the cycle through simple everyday choices. Love or hate. Greed or generosity. Pride or humility. Forgiveness or spite. Separation or unity.
Given the world’s present socio-economic situation, it seems that the Mayans’ predictions are both accurate and timely. I think we will become responsible stewards soon and move into a golden age. There are only a handful of people who are aiming at mankind’s self-destruction, and they are losing power and influence, as we can see in the spread of global protests and the crumbling of the current power structure. Just because someone works at Nasa doesn’t mean they speak for Nasa or hold all of the truth or would tell you the truth.
All Christians don’t believe 2012 is the end of the world. Only some of the new age Christian believe that nonsense. Don’t stereo type Christians. The objective of every true Christian is truth. We get messed up, we get corrected. But we are not perfect any more than anyone else is. The difference is that God sees us perfect because we accept the cross as sufficient to cover our mistakes.
I am Christian and believe the earth is hollow. I have all of the evidence I need to convince me that it is true. BUT I might have missed something. There are very few Christians that see what I see. They are not Christian because they see everything as I do. They are Christian because they believe Jesus is King and coming soon, and therefor repent of sin.
Just because someone believes something based on evidence of the nature described on the internet or text books, doesn’t make it true. Perhaps all of the evidence is not in yet.
To believe that black holes, Planet X, quantum science or global warming is fact is foolish. To believe they are possibilities is realistic, based on the evidence presented is evidence of humility. To believe they are all nonsense and dreams is foolish. No-one really knows.
The proof many offer for their ideas is clearly circumstantial when taken seriously. Much of what is written as fact is fiction. Some that is written as fiction is fact that is simply unknown yet or not proven yet.
A mole, if it had intelligence, being born beneath the earth and told of the sun would wonder at such a magnificent story. But when the first rise to the surface what would they think. However, if they rise on a day when the clouds cover the sky and darkness covers the sun what would they tell their comrades?
Time alone will reveal the true secrets of the heavens. In the mean time let us search for truth and hold fast to wisdom, lest we be proven fools.
Umm, wasn’t Y2K just suppose to be a computer glitch? I don’t remember it being a prophecy of the end of the world. I understand that 2012 will at worst bring WWIII, but your analogy of Y2K and 2012 prophecy is off. Far off. Research Y2K and find out what the ‘hysteria’ was all about.
Also, 2012 isn’t an ‘end of the world’ theory, though it has become hyped as such. The real question is, why does the Mayan calendar end on that date? The Mayan calendar was much more specific than our 12 month calendar that dealt with more than just the sun. Research, think. in any order.

The control of the US, and of global politics, by the wealthiest families of the planet is exercised in a powerful, profound and clandestine manner. This control began in Europe and has a continuity that can be traced back to the time when the bankers discovered it was more profitable to give loans to governments than to needy individuals.
These banking families and their subservient beneficiaries have come to own most major businesses over the two centuries during which they have secretly and increasingly organised themselves as controllers of governments worldwide and as arbiters of war and peace.
Unless we understand this we will be unable to understand the real reasons for the two world wars and the impending Third World War, a war that is almost certain to begin as a consequence of the US attempt to seize and control Central Asia. The only way out is for the US to back off – something the people of the US and the world want, but the elite does not.
The US is a country controlled through the privately owned Federal Reserve, which in turn is controlled by the handful of banking families that established it by deception in the first place.
In his interesting book The Secret Team, Col. Fletcher Prouty, briefing officer of the US President from 1955-63, narrates a remarkable incident in which Winston Churchill made a most revealing utterance during World War II:
“On this particular night there had been a heavy raid on Rotterdam. He sat there, meditating, and then, as if to himself, he said, ‘Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing – this is total war.’ He continued sitting there, gazing at a large map, and then said, ‘Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are’.”
Prouty further states:
“This was a most memorable scene and a revelation of reality that is infrequent, at best. If for the great Winston Churchill, there is a ‘High Cabal’ that has made us what we are, our definition is complete. Who could know better than Churchill himself during the darkest days of World War II, that there exists, beyond doubt, an international High Cabal? This was true then. It is true today, especially in these times of the One World Order. This all-powerful group has remained superior because it had learned the value of anonymity.”
This “High Cabal” is the “One World Cabal” of today, also called the elite by various writers.
The High Cabal and What They Control
The elite owns the media, banks, defence and oil industry. In his book Who’s Who of the Elite Robert Gaylon Ross Sr. states:
“It is my opinion that they own the US military, NATO, the Secret Service, the CIA, the Supreme Court, and many of the lower courts. They appear to control, either directly or indirectly, most of the state, county, and local law enforcement agencies.”
The elite is intent on conquering the world through the use of the abilities of the people of the United States. It was as far back as 1774 that Amschel Mayer Rothschild stated at a gathering of the twelve richest men of Prussia in Frankfurt:
“Wars should be directed so that the nations on both sides should be further in our debt.” He further enunciated at the same meeting: “Panics and financial depressions would ultimately result in World Government, a new order of one world government.”
The elite owns numerous “think tanks” that work for expanding, consolidating and perpetuating its hold on the globe. The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and many other similar organisations are all funded by the elite and work for it. These think tanks publish journals, such as Foreign Affairs, in which these imperialist and anti-mankind ideas are edified as publications, and then, if need be, expanded in the form of books that are given wide publicity.
Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger et al, as well as the neo-con “thinkers,” owe their positions and good living standards to the largesse of the elite. This is an important point that must be kept in full view at all times. These thinkers and writers are on the payroll of the elite and work for them. In case someone has any doubts about such a statement, it might help to read the following quotes from Professor Peter Dale Scott’s comprehensively researched book The Road to 9/11 – Wealth, Empire, and the Future of America (University of California Press, 2007):
…Bundy’s Harvard protégé Kissinger was named to be national security adviser after having chaired an important “study group” at the Council on Foreign Relations. As a former assistant to Nelson Rockefeller, Kissinger had been paid by Rockefeller to write a book on limited warfare for the CFR. He had also campaigned hard in Rockefeller’s losing campaign for the Presidential nomination in 1968. Thus Rockefeller and the CFR might have been excluded from control of the Republican Party, but not from the Republican White House. (Page 22)
The following quote from page 38 of the book is also very revealing:
The Kissinger-Rockefeller relationship was complex and certainly intense. As investigative reporter Jim Hougan wrote: “Kissinger, married to a former Rockefeller aide, owner of a Georgetown mansion whose purchase was enabled only by Rockefeller gifts and loans, was always a protégé of his patron Nelson Rockefeller, even when he wasn’t directly employed by him.”
Professor Scott adds:
Nixon’s and Kissinger’s arrival in the White House in 1969 coincided with David Rockefeller’s becoming CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank. The Nixon-Kissinger foreign policy of detente was highly congruous with Rockefeller’s push to internationalise Chase Manhattan banking operations. Thus in 1973 Chase Manhattan became the first American bank to open an office in Moscow. A few months later, thanks to an invitation arranged by Kissinger, Rockefeller became the first US banker to talk with Chinese Communist leaders in Beijing.
How They Manipulate Public Opinion
In addition to these strategic “think tanks” the elite has set up a chain of research institutes devoted to manipulating public opinion in a manner the elite desires. As pointed out by John Coleman in his eye opening book The Tavistock Institute on Human Relations – Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States of America, it was in 1913 that an institute was established at Wellington House, London for manipulation of public opinion. According to Coleman:
The modern science of mass manipulation was born at Wellington House London, the lusty infant being midwifed by Lord Northcliffe and Lord Rothmere. The British monarchy, Lord Rothschild, and the Rockefellers were responsible for funding the venture… the purpose of those at Wellington House was to effect a change in the opinions of British people who were adamantly opposed to war with Germany, a formidable task that was accomplished by “opinion making” through polling. The staff consisted of Arnold Toynbee, a future director of studies at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), Lord Northcliffe, and the Americans, Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays. Lord Northcliffe was related to the Rothschilds through marriage.
Bernays was a nephew of Sigmund Freud, a fact never mentioned, and developed the technique of “engineering consent.” When Sigmund Freud moved to Britain he also, secretly, became associated with this institute through the Tavistock Institute. According to Coleman, Bernays “pioneered the use of psychology and other social sciences to shape and form public opinion so that the public thought such manufactured opinions were their own.”
The Tavistock Institute has a 6 billion dollar fund and 400 subsidiary organisations are under its control along with 3,000 think tanks, mostly in the USA. The Stanford Research Institute, the Hoover Institute, the Aspen Institute of Colorado, and many others, devoted to manipulation of US as well as global public opinion, are Tavistock offshoots. This helps explain why the US public, by and large, is so mesmerised as to be unable to see things clearly and to react.
Bilderberg researcher Daniel Estulin quotes from Mary Scobey’s book To Nurture Humanness a statement attributed to Professor Raymond Houghton, that the CFR has been clear for a very long time that “absolute behaviour control is imminent… without mankind’s self realisation that a crisis is at hand.”
Also keep in mind that currently 80% of US electronic and print media is owned by only six large corporations. This development has taken place in the past two decades. These corporations are elite owned. It is almost impossible for anyone who is acquainted with what is going on at the global level to watch, even for a few minutes, the distortions, lies and fabrications, incessantly pouring out of this media, a propaganda and brainwashing organ of the elite.
Once your picture is clear it is also easy to notice the criminal silence of the media on crimes being perpetrated against humanity at the behest of the elite. How many people know that the cancer rates in Fallujah, Iraq are higher than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki because of the use of depleted uranium, and maybe other secret nuclear devices, by US forces? Fallujah was punished for its heroic resistance against the American forces.
The Importance of Eurasia
Why is the US in Central Asia? In order to understand this, one has to look at the writings of the stooges of the elite – Brzezinski, Kissinger, Samuel P Huntington, and their likes. It is important to note that members of these elite paid think tanks publish books as part of a strategy to give respectability to subsequent illegal, immoral and predatory actions that are to be taken at the behest of the elite. The views are not necessarily their own – they are the views of the think tanks. These stooges formulate and pronounce policies and plans at the behest of their masters, through bodies like the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, etc.
In his infinitely arrogant book The Grand Chessboard, published in 1997, Brzezinski spelled out the philosophy behind the current US military eruption. He starts by quoting the well-known views of the British geographer Sir Halford J Mackinder (1861–1947), another worker for the elite. Mackinder was a member of the ‘Coefficients Dining Club’ established by members of the Fabian Society in 1902. The continuity of the policies of the elite is indicated by the fact Brzezinski starts from Mackinder’s thesis first propounded in 1904: “Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland: Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island: who commands the World-Island commands the world.”
Brzezinski argues that for the first time in human history a non-Eurasian power has become preeminent and it must hold sway over the Eurasian continent if it is to remain the preeminent global power: “For America the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia… About 75 percent of the world’s people live in Eurasia… Eurasia accounts for about 60 percent of the world’s GNP and about three fourths of the world’s known energy resources.”
It is not just the geostrategic location of this region – it is also its wealth, “both in its enterprises and beneath its soil,” that holds such attraction for the elite whose greed for money, and lust for power, remain insatiable, as if there was a sickness afflicting it.
Brzezinski writes: “But it is on the globe’s most important playing field – Eurasia – that a potential rival to America might at some point arise. This focusing on the key players and properly assessing the terrain has to be a point of departure for the formulation of American geostrategy for the long-term management of America’s Eurasian geopolitical interests.”
These lines were published in 1997. Millions of people have died in the past two decades and millions have been rendered homeless in this region but it remains a “playing” field for Brzezinski and his likes! In his book Brzezinski has drawn two very interesting maps – one of these has the caption The Global Zone of Percolating Violence (page 53) and the other (page 124) is captioned The Eurasian Balkans. The first of these encircles a region which includes the following countries: Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, all Central Asian states, Afghanistan, Pakistan and parts of Russia as well as India. The second one has two circles, an inner circle and a wider circle – the outer circle encloses the same countries as in the first map but the inner circle covers Iran, Afghanistan, eastern Turkey and the former Soviet Republics in Central Asia.
“This huge region, torn by volatile hatreds and surrounded by competing powerful neighbours, is likely to be a major battlefield…” writes Brzezinski. He further writes: “A possible challenge to American primacy from Islamic fundamentalism could be part of the problem of this unstable region.” These lines were written at a time when this kind of fundamentalism was not a problem – subsequently the US manipulated things and chose to make it one by its provocative and deceptive tactics. According to its strategic thinkers, the US might face a serious challenge from a coalition of China, Russia and Iran and must do whatever it can to prevent such a coalition from forming.
For Brzezinski, “terrorism” – a Tavistock-type concept – is just a well planned and well thought out strategy, a lie and a deception, to provide cover for a military presence in the Central Eurasian region and elsewhere. It is being used to keep the US public in a state of fear, to keep Russia in a state of insecurity about further breakup (the US has trained and supported Chechen fighters, “terrorists,” throughout) and to justify presence of US troops in and around Central Asia.
The Concocted War on Terrorism
Terrorism provides justification for transforming the United States into a police state. According to the Washington Post of 20 & 21 December 2010, the US now has 4,058 anti-terrorism organisations! These are certainly not meant for those so-called terrorists who operate in Central Asia – the number far exceeds the number of so-called terrorists in the entire world. Unbridled domestic spying by US agencies is now a fact of life and the US public, as always, has accepted this because of the collusion of media and Tavistock type institutes owned by the elite.
The US historian Howard Zinn puts it very well: “The so-called war on terrorism is not only a war against innocent people in other countries, but also a war on the people of the United States: a war on our liberties, a war on our standard of living. The wealth of the country is being stolen from the people and handed over to the superrich. The lives of our young are being stolen. And the thieves are in the White House.” Actually the thieves control the White House and have been doing so for a very long time.
In his outstanding book Crossing the Rubicon, Michael Ruppert points out that much of the violence in the Central Asian region as well as in Pakistan, which has been encircled in two maps in Brzezinski’s book, was “initiated by the US proxies.” “Given that these maps were published a full four years before the first plane hit the World Trade Centre, they would fall in a category of evidence I learned about at LAPD [Los Angeles Police Department]. We called them ‘clues’.” This means that the eruption of US militarism after 9/11, and the event itself, were part of a pre-planned and coherent strategy of global domination in which the people of the US were also “conquered” through totalitarian legislation carried out in the wake of 9/11.
As Brzezinski puts it:
America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad. This limits the use of America’s power, especially its capacity for military intimidation. Never before has a popular democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being… The economic self-denial (that is, defence spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties even among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilisation.
Certainly post 9/11 legislation, the extraordinary expansion of agencies and surveillance of the US public is a cause of great satisfaction for the elite – the US can hardly be called a democracy now. As reported by the Washington Post, the National Security Agency intercepts over 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other communications every day and stores them. No wonder Bush called 9/11 “a great opportunity” and Rumsfeld saw it analogous to World War II to “refashion the world.”
In order to achieve the objectives of the elite, the US destroyed Yugoslavia while Russia stood by mesmerised and impotent, carried out regime changes in Central Asia, set up military bases in East Europe and Central Asia, and staged highly provocative military exercises testing Russia’s and China’s will. It set up a military base in Kyrgyzstan that has a 500 mile or so border with China. When the Chinese protested recent naval exercises with South Korea were too close to Chinese territory, a US spokesman responded: “Those determinations are made by us, and us alone… Where we exercise, when we exercise, with whom and how, with what assets and so forth are determinations that are made by the United States Navy, by the Department of Defence, by the United States government.” As journalist Rick Rozoff notes: “There is no way such confrontational, arrogant and vulgar language was not understood at its proper value in Beijing.”
The US has acquired bases in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and the Czech Republic – and set up the largest military base ever built in the region, Camp Bondsteel, in Kosovo. According to a report in the Russian Kommersant newspaper on 3 March 2011, a four-phase plan for deployment of a US missile system in Europe is to be fully implemented by the end of 2020. The US is also busy setting up bilateral military ties in Russia’s backyard with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and is pursuing the goal of a “Greater Central Asia” from Afghanistan right up to the Middle East, a great corridor from where the oil, gas, and great mineral wealth of this region will flow to the coffers of the US elite, at bloody expense to the local people.

Because at dawn on that date, as the sun rises over the Yucatan peninsula (where the calendar originated), the rising sun is aligned with the center of the galaxy, at the winter solstice. End of one cycle around the center, beginning of another, only as viewed at dawn on that day from the Yucatan peninsula.
The actual closest alignment of the earth, the sun, and the galactic center for the past 24,000 years was on Dec 21, 1998. And, as the astronomer above states, it has been millions of year since the solar system passed through the galactic plane. This is all easy enough to verify, even an amateur astronomer can do so with time and careful calculations.
The NASA astronomer makes some silly statements due to his prevailing belief in nonsense like black holes and gravity controlling the cosmos (black holes are impossible, period, and electrical charge, 10^39th power stronger than gravity, controls the cosmos) but at least he has the celestial movements and processions right. Unlike the posters here who have obviously never studied astronomy at all.
As for a planet showing up next to the sun in someone’s photo, there have been five planets lining up there over the last month and a half, and anyone who has read even the mainstream news over the last few months should know that.

@CWHJr The problem with what you say is that there is no guaranty whatsoever that your ‘holy scriptures’ are true. Words are imperfect; and the bible is jam packed full of words. There is no word in the English language that has only one meaning; therefore, any scripture is open to interpretation. Additionally, the bible was not even originally written in English.
I also find it very interesting that the Sumerian Tablets, written before the bible, contain several stories that are the same as the Old Testament – except that the Sumerian versions have more details, and fundamentally different concepts… like that the God of the Old Testament was not the Supreme Being, but was one of many super-humanoids.
It is not enough to just read the bible. You have to read all the ancient scriptures to understand any of them. The stories overlap all too frequently.
Do not blindly accept what the preacher man says. This is the information age; and that puts all the major Earth religions on the chopping block.

I believe because I prayed to receive the Holy Ghost and I received him. Now I am not alone in my believing because I have the witness of the living God inside of me. Like an engine running without gas, a burned out motor running a dishwasher, a twisted ankle made whole, my daughters gerbil raised from the dead, 3 lost children returned to me.

A great sister in the Lord was in a motorcycle accident that shattered her jaw. While in a cast waiting to have surgery she was at Evangel Temple in Toronto and saw a leg grow 5 inches at the mention of the name of Jesus. She asked for prayer and received a brand new jaw. The list of miracles I have seen and heard of is too long to write out, but the final proof is the word you so readily deny.
During translation there have been minor errors. But every student who studies Hebrew agrees that they are few and minor. And, even with the minor errors, the main theme has remained intact and the prophecies ring true.
The bible predicted Jesus crucifixion on the exact day close to 500 years before it happened. The text is found in Daniel 9. In Daniel 8 we are told that a great beast will rule the Middle East in the final hours. It will have 10 horns that represent 10 kings. This is Islam with 10 nations around the Middle East joining forces to over run the world. Each dictator will be removed in a short time so that the Muslim Brotherhood can become this beast. This has yet to unfold, however, the description of this beast matches Daniel 7 and 8 and Revelation 13.
This beast was to come from the same land that was conquered by Alexander the great and taken over by his 4 generals. This is exactly where it is today: Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Libya. Not bad guessing for a book that is just a book.

If you read the description of Babylon the Great in Revelations 17, you will find it fits quite well with the Catholic Monarchy. It was written close to 2000 years ago and the text matches even with minor differences.
The Temple of God in Jerusalem was to be destroyed, according to Daniel 9:26, after the Messiah was cut off (crucified). This should be proof to any Israeli that Jesus is the Messiah. It happened exactly on the day prophesied by Daniel. Understand that each week is equal to 7 years and do the math. But you might say that this is history and could have been written after the fact. No. The Dead Sea scrolls reveal that it was written before the fact. The Roman soldiers destroyed the Temple in 70 AD. Daniel 9:27 said that a prince of the people who destroyed the temple would make a covenant with many for 7 years.
This prophecy was fulfilled on Jan 1st, 2007. Javier Solana, the Secretary General for the Western European Union, confirmed agreements that they had struck with many nations in the Middle East, including Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, on that date. With no fan fair he went to the designated office and put his signature on papers confirming these agreements for the next 7 years. They chose 7 years because the EU operates using a 7 year budget and the agreements required much financial promises that had to be worked into the budget.
At this same time in history Zionist Jews have prepared to rebuild the Temple of God in Israel. Everything is ready to begin rebuilding. All they need is the go-ahead from President Netanyahu. This will come soon.
Daniel 8:13,14 tell us that 2300 days after the covenant is signed the abomination will be set up. This is what Jesus said to watch for in Matthew 24:15. Luke 21:20 tells us that armies will gather around Jerusalem at this time.
2300 days from Jan 1, 2007 is April 18, 2013. “IF” the January 2007 covenant is the one of Daniel 9:27, Jerusalem will be taken into captivity by force on April18 (or 19Th depending on leap years) I am very sorry to say that I am sure that it is the covenant based on all of the evidence I have gathered.
Now you can deny all of the evidence as insufficient or circumstantial if you want, but from what I have experienced, seen and read, your denial will cost you your soul for eternity.
Wisdom is revealed through her children. Don’t be a fool. Be humble, admit when you are wrong and God will teach you things you have never heard of or would think possible. Jesus died to save you. All you have to do is admit your errors to him. It is not between you and I or who can write the best story. It is between you and Jesus. Who knows if you will live another day?

But a question: If someone of another, non-Christian belief system experienced the same sort of miracles (which they do), and without praying to Jesus or believing in the Bible at all, how would you explain their experience?
The egregious error in your belief is that you have been told that everyone who isn’t of your same belief will be condemned to hell forever. That’s the Big Lie. Yeshua never said such a thing.
Jesus was extremely misunderstood, mistranslated, and used. Do you really want to be saved? Then throw away all of your Belief Systems (BS). Every religion is born from this desire to know God. It is built on experience and over the centuries every religion ha built doctrines based on these experiences. Each religion is different, though they have similarities, because each father of each religion has had different experiences.
Many religions have been built on the experiences of more than one person. Many have experienced communication with the dead and this has made their doctrine very hard to deny, because they have seen spirits.
However, man could not find the true God. What they found were lesser gods which the true god has forsaken. Many are real. but they are not truly god but demons masquerading as God.
Every one of them is different. One says a great turtle began creation. Another says it just happened. Another says that god is the greatest deceiver. Another says there are many gods. Some worship the moon, and others the sun while others worship both the moon and the sun.
God has become whatever and whoever you believe to be god.
But the true God is Love. Not the sensual love that comes from male and female desires, but the true love that created the universe for fellowship. He is described throughout the bible. He is proved through the prophets of the bible. he was revealed through the birth, life, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus. He sent Jesus to reveal himself to all of the hungry hearts that desire to know him.
All men in the past have been born by the procreation between one man and one woman. But Jesus was born by a miracle. He had no earthly father. His father is the Word of God. This is what makes him different from all of the god’s of the nations. He came to show us the father.
Jesus lived a perfect life. He was raised by a righteous family and taught the commandments of god. By the time he was twelve, (which is the age of accountability) he new who he was and that he had to live sinless to accomplish his father’s plan.
In God’s eyes, sin is the disobedience to the 10 commandments. All mankind is guilty of breaking these commandments. And if there was one who made it through without breaking them the commandments find him guilty of his ancestors sins based on the commandment that the sins of the fathers would be passed down to the third and forth generation. Therefore we are all guilty and in need of a savior.
The bible tells us that anyone who is hung on a tree is cursed. To be cursed is to be separated from God. It is not however a sin that sends one to the hell that you say does not exist. It only separates one from the Father God.
Therefore, Jesus, when he was nailed on the cross, (tree) was separated from God for ever. This is why scripture tells us he cried out, “Father, why have you forsaken me.”
Jesus went to the abode of the dead that is in the lower regions of the earth (where all the lava is), however dead could not hold him because God had said in prophetic scripture that he would take captivity captive and that he would not let him suffer hell. Many old testament scriptures prove that Jesus was the Messiah and that God would raise him up.
Jesus rose from the dead on the third day just as he said he would. Why? Because he had no sin. He then was seen and preached to the apostles and was raised into heaven.
There are many ghosts in the earth. Spirits of dead who are loose and wonder the earth. These, however are all condemned to hell. However, there is one ghost who is righteous. This is Jesus Ghost. The Holy Ghost. A ghost takes on the character of the person they inhabited. Many are angry, lustful, hateful, greedy, etc. Jesus Ghost, the Holy Ghost, is perfect love. To read of Jesus is to know the Holy Ghost.
When Jesus went into heaven bodily he sent his ghost back into the earth on the day of Pentecost. The Holy Ghost has been here ever since wooing everyone he can to come accept Jesus as savior.
Why? So they can know God the Father. The only way anyone can know the true God is by the fellowship with the Holy Ghost.
Prophecy proves it. Others have miracles because they have faith bu their faith is in the wrong god. Miracles work through faith. Jesus taught us how faith works. Someone believes in their heart and confesses with their lips and a miracle happens. Most religions have miracles. The difference is that Jesus told us to put our faith in him. It is only thru faith in Jesus that one can enter his kingdom. ALL other will be destroyed simply because they are fellowship with angels that God has not sent. They are fallen angels and are described throughout scripture.
I explained miracles in the hope that I might win some. However, the real proof is in prophecy. You might argue then that other religions also have prophecy. This is true. But their prophets do not tell of a loving savior. Some tell of one that will come in this manner or another, but none died for you. None told the future as the god of the bible has.
