Explained: ‘Cloaked Spacecraft’ Spotted Next to Mercury

An engineer with the United States Naval Research Laboratory has offered an explanation for the NASA video.
The video has gotten enough attention that both The Daily Mail and Space.com reported on the video the other day, and asked astronomers about it. In the video, a coronal ejection from the Sun hits something that was otherwise invisible.
“A gigantic object the size of a planet has appeared on astronomers’ screens lurking near Mercury,” The Daily Mail reported, “with UFO hunters around the world wondering whether it’s an alien ship. The object appears from nowhere in a sequence of images of a coronal ejection from the Sun, taken by a Nasa telescope.”
“As the flare races past Mercury, a huge round object appears next to it – but Nasa scientists insist that the object is merely a result of the way the images are processed.”
YouTube user siniXster and he says in his commentary: “It’s cylindrical on either side and has a shape in the middle. It definitely looks like a ship to me, and very obviously, it’s cloaked.”
Obviously.
At the United States Naval Research Laboratory, engineer Nathan Rich explained the strange thing in the video. Turns out that the ‘object’ is actually the image of Mercury from the previous day.
The confusion in this video is from the same thing that has caused “wtf” reactions to other images from NASA. Photos and video are composited, and then recurring images are removed as best as possible. Sometimes things are missed, and other times things cannot be perfectly removed.

Hmmm… Sounds like to me a case of morons following morons.
The video shown in the youtube posting had framed out the second section of this particular video clip which shows the same anomalous effect. Obfuscation is tantamount to lying.
With-holding evidence is the same as fabricating it.

I have to agree that explanation was bogus. If it were some kind of artifact or ghost image of mercury, it should of showed up as a black dot the same size as the planet. But if you watch it actually becomes illuminated by the passing CME. This means the object was there at the time of the flare passing by. I just don’t see how a ghost image would flare up as it passed by.
I guess I am the only one who wonders if the aliens got toasted by that?

I don’t understand. His explanation is not plausible from what I can see.
You know I keep thinking people will catch on, but they really haven’t reached the “hundred monkey effect” yet..I’m still waiting tapping my shoe*grin*
They continuously play this game because there is an Actual Law that they were not to tell the truth of the matter. You can see this game all the way back in history, and from ‘pictures’. That missile launch off California that they actually went on tv to say “it was a low flying, towards the horizon…PLANE.” Rather than have you believe your eyes that it was a missile. Look at the image painted on the “Last Super”. That is a woman, the “Ptolemy” women were always very manly women.
That was a cloaked ship. And a very very large one at that. It was somewhat behind–further distant–than Mercury. It had to have been hundreds of miles wide, thick and long, for it to have showed up at that size in comparison with Mercury. I noticed, by slowing down the tape with another video application, that it actually shows the round bubble sphere created by the shield system. It lit up like a light bulb at one point, and the sphere showed up translucent, but there, around the lit up ship.
This is the one you should look at the other is fake rubbish!

If you had ambitions about controlling the unwashed, there would be no need to go any further than a site like this.One would only need to check the number of hits on certain subjects to derive the best method of control.
Alien stories seem to be a hit everywhere and meanwhile real stuff that we can actually put our fingers on, goes virtually unread!

this is part of the planet x complex. the CME illuminated a string of moons behind planet x but the moons were arranged in such a way that it caused the image to appear as a cylinder. not a space ship.. planet x has been showing up on NASA satellite imagery for a while, this is one of the times were they failed to edit it out, and of course, resort to providing bogus explanations instead.
It’s been proven what it is until it takes out a city or a military base, remember Independence Day? Why do you think all of a sudden Hollywood is making all these alien invasion movies, they are trying to tell us something. Movies like these, Cloverfield, Monsters, Skyline, Battle Los Angeles and more.
