I often discuss the impact of high-information First Contact on human institutions. But what about society, outside of government, religion and science? How would civil society be impacted by First Contact? At first there would probably not be much impact at all. The most immediate decisions would be ones of diplomacy. Institutions would have many responsibilities in the response to high-information First Contact.
However, after months or years there may be needs not met by government and religion. Education reform would certainly be a huge need for humanity after high-information First Contact. While secondary schools and universities may tackle some of that reform on their own, there would likely be outside forces calling for change, especially if there is opposition to change from within the academic ranks. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are particularly suited to such debate. They have the ability to tackle ideas that may be unpopular at first. NGOs often have advocacy experience. They can act as intermediaries between society and the government. NGOs may also have to act in an advocacy role when it comes to the changes needed in government.
One would expect that high-information First Contact would provide much information for the public. However, it seems likely government and science institutions would attempt to control that information. While that may actually be a prudent move at first, it would need to be tempered by organizations calling for a more open diffusion of information. Once again, NGOs would be perfect for such a fight. The media may pay attention to such issues at first, but as we all know, the media attention span can be quite short. There may need to be transparency advocacy organizations operating for years after First Contact.
Another issue would be the deepening of the knowledge divide in the world. Some people in our society are already left behind when it comes to computer access and general education. One would imagine that in a high-information First Contact situation this could get worse. We could have a situation where the elite of human society are on a speeding train of change, while the information poor are left sitting at the station. NGOs could have a monitoring and advocacy role in this area.
Social science in many aspects would become important After First Contact. NGOs could have a critical role in monitoring the health of human society and signaling where we may have issues going forward.
This may seem like a rather narrow train of thought, but I think it does speak to a larger issue. We haven’t thought about First Contact in much depth. Most of us still figure that the aliens will land on the White House lawn and say hello (or blow up) the President of the United States. While that may be clearly naïve, the range of impacts to human society has not been well considered. High-information First Contact would have a far-reaching impact. We will need all sectors of society, including civil society, involved in the response.

If you want to precipitate open First Contact you have to know the reason it hasn’t happened yet.
I’ve never seen it figured out in all the UFO sites, books, videos or other material I’ve seen and I’ve been following the topic since the 70′s. It’s really very simple; basically they’re waiting for you to do something. As soon you answer correctly, things will open.
Of course “they” might actually land on the White House lawn, and really blow up whoever’s President at that time.
Followed by the rest of us in due course maybe??
An alternative might be that “they” are just stopping to “borrow” the Presidential “facilities” – it’s a long way even from Proxima Centauri, and “if you’ve gotta go, you’ve GOTTA GO!!”

I am not sure I should bring you up to speed sir but under the circumstances here I am. Just remember there are no accidents. First contact is no longer an issue. There has already been contact – thousands of people have had that contact. There are dozens of personal testimonies about personal contact in many forms all over the web. At least 80 percent of the US population KNOWS or has witnessed this contact and many, many more have experienced it.
Many, many gatherings are held all over the country dealing with these issue you have brushed across here. Intense dialogue is taking place in livingrooms and public forums. Experts in a wide swath of science and philosophy are emersed in discussion and evidence research. A great deal of research has been done and much evidence has been collected. I could list much here but I do not have time.
At the same time, many -non-academic individuals are in the midst of very intense conversation about what it is they are experiencing at the most personal level. Hundreds of videos taken by ‘boots on the ground’ are poured through and analysed..paid for by individuals and families who refuse to be shouted down by those who refuse to accept anything in this area of investigation. “Noisy negitivists” as a certain highly esteemed researcher would say.
The first platau of contact is denial. The second is breathless shock. Emotions run wild as the realiety begins to leak through emotional and intellectual denial..”How could this be?!” But, in the end, as the realiety of the situation bubbles through, a determination takes over and those who have for so long been mocked by media and government blockers, become teeth clinched determined. I am one of those..I know many others who share my determination. But then, the light contemplative conjecture is much easier than this. I would not wish this on anyone. I do not resent the inability to accept this realiety. I can only hope, as the truth of the matter increases to grow, the human resilience of acceptance and recognition will sustain the enormous strength required to face this realiety – eye to eye..
So I encourage you to continue your line of thought..investigate and probe. Go to places you aparrently do not know exist on the web. Argue, examine, demand proof. Without that, there is nothing but soap opera dreaming and pie in the sky hopes for a gentle and brillient science fiction paridise. What people are uniformed about is the fact there was a bona fide war going on. Cargo cults created religions from it, it was called the “War in Heaven”. The Seven System Lords of the Sith Domain. The point of origin for all of them is called the “Abyss”; that is the ‘inbetween space’ (between the Heaven/Creation and the Underworld) which is a Negative space, fueled by the Black Sun. Inanna/Lilith and her fraternal twin Enlil/’god’, Enki/’Satan’, Azazel/Marduk.. all are locked out of returning to her ‘heaven’ the Underworld for the slaughter they have done here. The Sith’s symbol is the “Vector” symbol. It is against the “Law” for them to make contact with the population, that is why we called them ‘fallen’. They invaded, Left ‘their first station’ and descended to earth to play ‘god’ and ‘kings’ here with the populations as their slave and food source. Their main ploy is to trick people by claims of being part of the Divine. Only good are a part of the Divine, the Invaders are the Left hand path which is service to self. The separation of ‘families’ is the separation of those who are service to self, which belong to SET and the underworld – by their own choice of selfishness, thefts and killings. The rest of mankind, the 99%, are service to others, this is part of the Divine and the ALL Father is the father of our Branch. This is whom we go with. They do not breach the Law, they will not be ‘visible’ to you until the shift to move us back home, occurs. They obey the Law. If someone says to you ‘I have this ship, we’re rescuing you…’ for what ever reason..this is a lie. If they open one of the gates, and say ‘We’re evacuating, go through here…’ this is also a lie. Their intent is to keep a ‘herd’ for future harvest. Reptiles EAT mammals. The GFL, Nordics, ‘Nephli’, El(greys) and others, use our harvested dna and other body products. The War has been won by Man, SET (An) has capitulated, but the ptb invaders and their Covens are refusing to stop their slaughter of Mankind. When the move occurs, it does not have the glittery ‘wow’ effect. No rapture, that would be akin to a pedophiles touch. No bright light, Lilith and others use that to hide behind. The closest thing there is to reference to the physical expressions of the ‘move to the new world’ is referred to in older texts as the ‘pass over’. At that point, the writings say that we are lifted out of this shell of matter body, and moved into a new location and into a renewed body. The writings say specifically “ALL life is moved” and that is every tree and every blade of grass. The Life force is pulled from everything here, all are ‘shells’ of matter/bodies which we used here as vehicles to experience the realm of Matter created by SET and Tiamatt (who is the origin of the word). Anything ‘cast off’ is left on this emptied shell, and then it is destroyed. What is cast off? The Anunnaki and El who refused to surrender, those who are locked out of the Creation as well as the Underworld have no place to run to. Those whom SET gets to keep are moved to their new location, and the Law states “SET may do what ever he chooses to those that choose him”. So the head sociopath gets to do what ever he chooses to the Coven members, etc, that chose him. Not a pretty picture. They have dug these insane DUMB’s everywhere not understanding that this is done on the atomic level, resisting the move is futile. What ever protection they have put into place, it will not be the same as what they ‘get’ when they are moved. SET’s purpose is to punish, and to get as many to choose the increasing decent into the left hand path as possible.
