All of this will hopefully provide some excellent HF band conditions! The upswing on this solar cycle has been pretty low compared to previous cycles. I look forward to some extreme solar conditions to really open up 10m-17m bands. Nothing like working QRP to Japan/Aus/Asia and Europe.
Have not worked DX for a while moved into townhouse cant put up an Antenna stuck with 2m and Echo link. If 28Mhz opens I might try again.Last house used Eves trough worked with tuner on all bands,sorry to have moved.
No need to fear. No they are not. The video was from last year and a total load of bunkum. This particular solar cycle is smaller than the preceding ones. You can see in the below plot the preceding cycles are diminishing, not increasing.

This is a crock. Look at the statistics – we are heading into a mini ice age as of the end of this month. The sun is not producing sun spots therefore solar energy will end shortly. Unless we have have the pole shift, 90 degree counter rotation and planetary alignment, we are sol.
