The hole appears as though the rock was perfectly round and entered the lake at a 90 degree angle.
…and didn’t create a single ripple to smash all of the surrounding ice. When something is moving as fast as that sucker was — water does not behave as a fluid because it can’t move out of the way fast enough; it behaves as a solid. It explodes. That ice should have been demolished.
