I think this is nonsense. Why do these people think so one dimensionally? As in, perhaps it’s not radio waves that make us detectable in the first place.
I also think it highly likely that any race more superior than our own, would take one look at us and decide that we are destructive war mongering people, who reward ignorance and greed more than intelligence or empathy.
