Spook1: It is a proven scientific fact (through DNA study) that the current earth’s population ……all 6 Billion people are all descended from a group of bipedal humanoids of no more than 10,000….

Spook 3: What are you getting at..???

Spook 2: I think if I’m not mistaken Admiral “Green” is proposing that we lower the earth’s population from the billions …down to the millions…..

Spook1: No…..not down to millions……but down to hundreds of thousands…..or maybe even tens of thousands……

Spook 4: yes we all know this one Admiral….if you want a child to steal a candy bar from the shop… you don’t tell him to steal a candy bar….you stimulate their underlying devious nature by playing into their role play fantasies

I’m sure some of you have seen the Jim Carrey film “The Truman Show”.. Well.. we have over a period of time managed to induct practically most of his surrounding neighbourhood …even members of the same family unit unaware that other family members are engaged in gangstalking….as all the fools love the idea of being “special agents” paid to “steal candy bars”..

It helps no end that we have created this staged financial meltdown…as now we have an almost unlimited supply of individuals who jump at the opportunity of being paid just to follow someone or generally interact with a “target” in some way in order to manipulate that target… people love to feel they have power over another individual without that individual being aware of how they are being manipulated…..like a bunch of conmen and conwomen working the “mark”

Spook 5: Yes admiral we have been using similar operations like this on dissidents and activists but not to this scale….I suppose you are also using executive orders in regards to various other institutions..

Spook 1: That is correct…..we play around with EMM’s income tax …and rental payments … instructing the authorities to reassess him on numerous occasions as a matter of national security and require them to stay silent once again invoking the official secrets act ….going so far sometimes as to hack into their databases and change data… thus requiring EMM to go further into debt…the illusion being that overpayments or underpayments have or have not been made and must be rectified by a given date otherwise court action will be taken resulting in possible fines or prison sentence.

Spook 3: So Let me see if I understand where you are going with this….IF this individual does exist and I still have my doubts as to the credibility of this whole scenario….it is your intention to increase the amount of physical and psychological stress he undergoes in order to bring about massive planetary changes..

well folks that’s not news to me….I’ve been saying that since the towers came down …why do you think the NATO troops are all pulling out next year and going back to their respective countries….????
