The Non-Interference Lie - part I

Growing up in the sixties, I, like many other people, was fascinated with a remarkable new television program called Star Trek created by Gene Roddenberry which gave us all a picture of what the future could hold not only from a technological standpoint, but from a social standpoint as well.  While couched in the genre of Science Fiction, it often made rather far-reaching social and political commentary which was very applicable to events of the day, and which are still quite applicable even now.
 
And while I am still quite fond of the program and some of its many offshoots, I find that I must part company with one of the more basic and central ideals or tenets of this United Federation of Planets, that being the idea of Non-Interference.
 
 
 
On its face, it sounds like quite a laudable principle to uphold, the idea of allowing others to grow and evolve at their own pace without outside interference, and almost fifty years later, we still see that same basic idea being promoted and used to explain why there has still been no “outside intervention” by certain forces external to Earth in the events which are now transpiring here.
 
There are a number of people in what could be called the “New Age” arena who propagate telepathic and channeled messages from various sources within what I have referred to as the coalition forces which are currently holding positions within our star system observing and documenting various things.  Many of these “messages” use and reinforce that same basic idea, the idea of noble non-interference as the reason why they are still holding positions in the shadows, doing nothing to expose some of the many lies being fed daily to the populace, doing nothing to halt the massive criminality which now poses as legitimate governments and groups, and not doing anything to halt the downward slide of this culture and planet towards oblivion.
 
Well, I think we should take a closer look at this basic idea, and reevaluate that particular argument and the ramifications of being bound by and operating on such a policy.
 
 
In the original series, this idea of non-interference is always portrayed or positioned in terms of a more advanced or technologically superior group (the United Federation of Planets) interacting with a lesser, more primitive group (the indigenous population of a particular planet or planets), and in the channeled messages referred to above, this same basic positioning or relationship is applied to the current populace of Earth, and the source of these messages almost always position themselves as a loving parent or guardian to a child.
 
The basic idea is that the “child” (us) should be allowed to experience life and all of its various pains and difficulties on our own, and without any help or interference from others (them) as this is a part of our “natural evolution”.
 
Now if you’re a parent with a child, do you ever “interfere” in the activities of your child?  Do you ever physically stop them from doing something which if left unchecked, would harm or kill them?  Of course you do, that is one of the most basic roles or functions of a parent or guardian, to PROTECT that child from harm, whether it be from an external source, or from their very own actions, and you will often interfere over their very loud vocal objections.  They may bitterly complain about your interference, but later in life with a bit more wisdom under their belt, they may actually thank you for preventing them from sticking their fingers in that electrical box and electrocuting themselves.
 
So while it may be politically correct in certain circles to allow them to “experience” being electrocuted and killed, it’s not particularly conducive to their overall progress.  Far better to forcefully interfere in order to prevent harm, and then educate them as to why it is harmful.  Then they gain the wisdom without accumulating any more unnecessary pain or destruction.
 
Now let’s take this concept a bit further.  The most basic role of any police or security force is to INTERFERE in the actions of those bent upon harming others.  Their most basic role is protection, and it has historically been the protection of the people against harm and those who would harm them.
 
The most basic role or function of Justice is to assert or put in place ethics where it is lacking or insufficient.
 
Now if we operated on this basic principle of “non-interference”, there would be no security forces and no justice actions at all, and psychotic criminals would be free to do whatever they wanted unchecked, and we could just pass it all off saying “well, we can’t interfere in the rights of those people to experience being robbed and beaten and killed by the criminals, that would just be wrong.”
 
 
Oh really?
 
It’s wrong to take responsibility and to put in ethics?
 
It’s wrong to stop criminals from continuing to commit massive crimes on a planetary scale?
 
 
I think it’s becoming more and more clear to many that we currently have psychotic criminals sitting in seats of power and pulling many of the hidden control strings on this planet, and that because of their suppressive actions and policies, this planet and culture are heading very rapidly towards oblivion.
 
So who would want to allow this to continue unchecked, and would refrain or frown upon putting in ethics?
 
Those who wanted to see it continue of course.
 
But openly admitting that they wanted to see the criminals remain in their seats of power, and wanted to see the planetary populace continue to be suppressed by them would be far too obvious and would tell you instantly all about their true character and who they’re really working for, so instead we hear the “love and light” refrain of “non-interference”, and that they can’t interfere with our “rights” to experience these wonderful things.
