Scientology, MKULTRA, and the Rise of the New World Order

“…in May of 1950, Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health was published as a popular (pertaining to the people as a whole) rewrite of the Original Thesis including his latest discoveries from his ongoing research.   But as he continued with his research in this area, he began encountering people whom he discovered had been secretly “programmed” using very specific mind-control techniques.

The following year (1951), he published Science of Survival which revealed:
 
“a carefully guarded secret of certain military and intelligence organizations”
 
It revealed the process known as PDH, or Pain-Drug-Hypnosis:
 
“It required Dianetic processing to uncover pain-drug-hypnosis. Otherwise,
pain-drug-hypnosis was out of sight, unsuspected, and unknown.”

This is exactly what the CIA was working on under the umbrella of MKULTRA, a mind-control program originally begun under the Nazi regime in the 1940s, but at the end of the war many of those Nazi doctors and psychiatrists were secretly brought back to the U.S. under projects like PAPERCLIP in order to continue their work.   MKULTRA comes from the German   Mentale Kontrol Ultra – ultimate mind control.
 
One of the earlier CIA programs which we still have some records of was BLUEBIRD (1950), later known as ARTICHOKE, with MKULTRA officially showing up on the books as an umbrella program and clandestine funding mechanism for DOD human behavior research in April of 1953.
 
However, shortly after the publication of Dianetics: The Original Thesis (1948), these mind-control researchers began intensively studying the data in it in order to develop even better methods of secretly programming and controlling people.
 
And this of course is exactly what Ron was referring to when he talked about “Black Dianetics” – reversing it, using the technology in the opposite manner in which it was intended, using it for destructive purposes.”

You aren’t of an ethical level, even, that permits you to observe this. You wouldn’t think in those lines. And yet if only those principles were known, there would be people who could and would think in those lines. You can control men like you would control robots with these techniques.”

On the 27th of June, 1972, Hal Puthoff wrote a letter to CIA Office of Strategic Intelligence (OSI) analyst K. Green, advising him of the results of Ingo’s experiment with the magnetometer at Stanford.   There were also, reportedly, subsequent conversations between Puthoff and CIA personnel from Office of Technical Services (OTS) and Office of Research and Development (ORD) regarding this event.

Scientology a “National Security Threat”

These early experiments in 1972 confirmed the CIA’s worst fears – that a Scientology “OT” (someone progressing up the OT levels on the Bridge) could (among other things) perceive things at a remote location regardless of where their body was in relation to it, that they could perceive what other people were feeling and thinking, and that they could remotely affect a magnetic field (among other things) like that used in missile guidance systems.   As a result this and other considerations, Scientology, and Scientology OTs were, and have been ever since, classified as a “National Security Threat”.
