Not Planet X because it is trailing the Sun and is way above the ecliptic and is almost the size of the Sun judging by her shot of the Moon in the same video. To actually see Planet X view “High-altitude balloon captures Planet X?” starting at 5:16 with zoomed image on your large screen.

not lens flare because that would move as the camera moved.
I asked an astronomer friend about this.
he said it was due to reflection of the sun on the surface of the clouds at a distance.
so it is still a reflection, but not from the camera.

While I would say ths first pic is a lens flare the second is not. You can see an image of the rogue planet behind the cloudcover and there is distinct detail in the colouring and paternation which you would not get with a lens flare.
