Early one morning coming home from the casino in Conn, I saw this-so its not just in NY, but NY isn’t far from there either. I was driving south on 95-I think probably going though Rhode Island at the time. For some reason I think it was on fathers day last year. I even woke up my partner, to see it because I had never seen anything like it. I thought maybe it was something special-it looked like 2 suns-but then I thought maybe it was the moon that hadn’t gone in yet. Does anyone know what would cause this or why this would happen?
